Rude and cheap service from the woman (seems to be the new owner) behind the cashier counter. Asked for a couple extra styrofoam plates so we can share food among my family members. She gave rude attitude and reluctantly to give us extra plate. Asked for some napkin and she just gave one sheet (we have 4 members and only got 3 sheets of napkin in the beginning). After we finished and asked for a plastic bag for leftover carry-out, she threw it to my daughter. She didn’t even acknowledge you there is an extra fee if paid via credit card. It was so cheap and rude. We had been here before and the service was nice. But I guest the new ownership under this woman is currently bad. I would not come back to this place again. And you guys have been warned.

Cashier (male) wasn’t nice about his answer when we asked size of the Thai tea we ordered. He said 20 Oz and only one size available, he did not mentioned the 20 Oz of the tea was full of ice not the Thai tea, we then asked if we could get another one without ice but said we had to pay again. I’ve been to places that sell bobas and teas and I’ve never experienced having 20 oz cup full of ice blocks, I never thought it a given thing to add and fill the cup with ice. However food was great, it was delicious but we were disappointed how customer service skills are dull and not attentive, cashier looked very tired and apathetic, we tried being friendly because we understand he probably had a rough day but did not seem interested in having a positive emotion/interaction.

Came in and was greeted by staff at the register, a very friendly woman. Ordered two two item combos and chicken potstickers. The tea machine was out of order but they have other drinks available. The food was quick to come out, maybe less than ten minutes, and it was delicious. It feels like a hole in the wall Ono Hawaiian with more options, and more authentic taste. You can see the chef cooking behind the counter. Overall great vibes and food.

One of the better Hawaiian BBQs I’ve tried. The cashier was also very friendly, so I’m not sure what the other reviews are talking about. A lot of these negative reviews are quite sad, as they’re complaining about basic aspects of Hawaiian BBQ as a cuisine, not the restaurant itself.
I highly recommend the katsu mix, which comes with 1 piece of short rib, katsu pieces, and a bunch of BBQ beef. It’s rare for these restaurants to include short rib and katsu in a single dish without having to custom order, with some HBBQ not even offering custom orders at all to achieve this combo (cough Ono)…
This restaurant delivers what it promises and doesn’t sacrifice its identity to appease uncultured folks. Portions are also humongous. I usually devour HBBQ in one sitting, but I had to split this one into two meals. I’ll be adding it to my regular dining options.

Food was really great got 2 mix and match plates with Katsu chicken, short ribs, bbq chicken and pineapple chicken. The short ribs were amazing and the Katsu chicken was really crunchy and delicious. The macaroni salad and steamed rice were a perfect side. The food took about 15 minutes to make but was worth the wait. The cashier was nice and explained the half and half and mini plate options. The sauces were also really delicious.

Service was terrible the cashier was very rude being very uptight with simple things like extra rice or macaroni to top it all off got my family’s ordered wrong forgot my food even when we told the cashier to put the order in and not to mention everyone was hungry with it being extremely overpriced coming out to 32 bucks for one family meal and a mini meal and lastly my family got frustrated wanted a refund for the terrible customer and food service but wouldn’t refund us at ALL yep wouldn’t give us are money back so if you are wanting to get a good meal do NOT I repeat DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION lazy service rude and expensive.
