This is directly as a service review. I am with door dash and typically I can understand when the restaurant is crowded and the line is out the door but today that wasn’t the case. I ran in and was excited because there was NO LINE inside and there was probably 15+ employees standing in view. I watched 3 other people get their order, I waited 15 minutes until they asked me. I waited. I waited long enough I watched 2 employees go on break order food get their milk shake first then go back to work. Nobody acknowledged me. They never do when I’m standing right at the counter phone in hand even trying to get their attention. 8/10 times I hand my kids with me they’ll stay in the car because usually an order is always prepared and ready at other restaurants. I don’t like leaving my kids unattended for 35+ minutes or even waiting at your restaurant not being acknowledged one time. Extremely rude service!

Always good food and great service. The staff here actually come around to ask if you need anything (more sauce, drink refills, etc). They also have an indoor playhouse at this location. It is enclosed in a room by itself with all glass windows for easy viewing. We let our so play in the play area and sit right next to it so we can watch him play. They usually play WCIC on the speakers at a nice low volume. There is outdoor seating which is also a bonus for those days the weather is nice out.

I was checked out by a girl named Jenna, she was clearly young however she was rude and I could tell she didn’t want to be talking to me. I said thank you and instead of her saying “my pleasure” she glared and me and said “yup”. This is the second time she has checked me out and been rude. I will not continue going to chic fil a if she continues to work there and be disrespectful.

This location, in the afternoon/dinner time loves to bump mobile orders off before they are ready in order to make it look like they have low ticket times and are making orders quickly – which is far from the case.
I was waiting in the parking lot for my mobile order for about 5 minutes, get an email that it’s ready and come in to find 3 other individuals waiting for a pickup and all of the employees just standing around talking. I patiently wait for 2-3 minutes by the pickup area and was NOT greeted. So I said excuse me do you have a pickup order ready for (order name) they said it’s not ready – then the 3 other individuals waiting for pickup told me I had actually cut them as they had not been helped yet.
2 of the other customers waiting for orders shared stories about our mobile order experience and share similar experiences when ordering at night – they say the food is ready and order is complete, when it’s not.
If the food is NOT ready do not say it’s ready in the app.
I got my food and they had given me extremely salty fries that were inedible unless I brushed the salt off them.
