This place is beyond bad. I ordered an impossible burger for my toddler online. When we came for pickup, they said they ran out of the impossible patty. I was surprised and questioned why the order was allowed to be placed. Then, they said they have a patty but the grill is not working; they can microwave the patty instead. It looked like the grill was cleaned and they did not want to use it again. I said no and please give me a refund. They said this was not possible and I need to cancel the order online, which I showed them was not possible. I got zero support and empathy, and my toddler went hungry.
When I contacted Burger King support on the App (see screenshot), it was beyond bad and I cannot trust Burger King again. The App hides behind AI and customer support does not exist. How can someone trust a firm like this?!?

The lady taking my order insisted I get Sprite from the fountain when I wanted an iced tea with my #2. After going back and forth several times, I asked how much the burger and fry is, since I only got the combo because of the drink. She never communicated, printed my order and told me to go over there and pay. I also asked three times no pickles. My burger had three huge pickes on it. I told the guy at the register that they lady was kinda rude. He looked at me and didn’t say a word and walked away. He must have been too busy on his phone. I will never get gas or eat at this place again. Worst customer service I’ve had in a long time. The only reason I gave two stars is after I removed the pickles, the burger was good.

It was fine. I wouldn’t go back though. Just didn’t feel “Burger Kingy.”. I had my issues with things being off in general but didn’t make an issue. I will say when I got back in the car my 7 year old son said, ” what was that, that took forever and was wierd, I don’t want to come back.”

Kiosk never works, then you order from Spanish not speaking English workers. Tv screen on pumps advertises 2 whopper juniors for $5. But when u get to BK they charge 2 for $6. Then u get sent to gas station to pay, they give u receipt that says “faxed”. Then when u go get food lady won’t give u until you hand in your receipt. And of course when you go on website to complain they require a receipt which you are not allowed to keep.

This review is specifically for the Wantagh NY location. The quality at BK
locations varies greatly. This one is by far the best I’ve been to. The orders are served hot & fresh without screw-ups. You really can’t ask for more from a fast food joint.

In all the Burger Kings that I have ordered, I have never had an experience like today. I bought 6 hamburgers and two sandwiches.
and I asked her (form india ) to please put ketchups in my bag and the one who served me only gave me about 4 ketchups and when I asked for more for the fries, sandwiches and hamburgers with a bad deal he told me no, they already gave me and I told him I was taking meals for 8 people and he didn’t want to give me more. It’s a disappointment that they have a person who treats customers badly, since he cried so much because of his ketchup, I gave them what they gave me out of anger and the bad time he put me through
