Love the food and drinks here. Not many places left where you can still get a $2.75 chicken taco, and it’s one of my favorites.
Also love the Baja fish taco, and pork belly tacos. I don’t drink, and the aqua frescas are always yummy, grapefruit one is my favorite.
Main criticism is the chips for the quac, not my fave.

The atmosphere was great the tacos were incredibly delicious. Lindsay was very attentive many thanks to her. We’ll be in Colorado for a while longer and will definitely come back a few more times.

Food was so good and the restaurant is super cute inside. Best service though, we had May as our server and she was absolutely adorable. The atmosphere at Bartaco was perfect for a fun night out with friends. The appetizers were incredible not even to mention the entrees. My table had a lovely server named Maeve who made us feel right at home.

I had such a great experience at Bartaco, and a huge part of that was thanks to our server, May Brum. She went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. You can tell she cares about the guests she’s serving, and it made the whole meal feel extra special. Amazing service like that is rare, and May absolutely deserves recognition!!. After a hike, we decided to grab some tacos here and it was an excellent choice. This place is amazing! The food was so delicious that I haven’t stopped talking about it. Each taco was bursting with flavor, and the variety of options was impressive. They also offer a selection of non-alcoholic beverages that are incredibly tasty and refreshing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal.

My experience at Bartaco was wonderful. Pur server Ashley was so kind and sweet. She brought us everything we could ever need and had incredible service. The food was incredible, I’d recommend the shrimp tacos! Easy to order and great atmosphere!
