There’s a couple people here that are really sweet but dang, they just keep getting my order wrong. I ordered the cheese and bacon omelet bites and got the wrong kind, got completely unbaked mini stuffed bagels, and my wake-up wrap had like one piece of hash brown in it I just wanted some breakfast ♀️

My mother & I walked in at 4:55pm on 2-3-26. The restaurant was empty so we waited & we saw a girl on the phone behind the counter. We said hello & she shook her head because we interrupted her & started to walk our way with the look of why are you bothering me. We walked out with that kind of service. Plenty of other places we could go to get better customer service

FOOD SAFETY AND ADMINISTRATION has been called on this Dunkin’ Donuts by myself and three others. Someone will be out there to asses and most likely shut down this Dunkin within the next 7 days. I wouldn’t return here until after food safety has come. I manage restaurants and this Dunkin is filthy. Absolutely filthy disgusting. All you have to do is look over their counter or through the drive through. The coffee bars are crusted up with old milk. Stale old donuts on the floor. The floors themselves look like they haven’t been cleaned in months. It smells bad. I’ve never seen something so filthy in all my years. Musky. Grimy. Repugnant. Filthy. Disgusting. Vile. The fact that the managers here still have a job scares me for Dunkin. I think I’ll stay with clean and safe Starbucks thank you.

Every time I come here this can’t get done right. I try to be respectful and leave the window before checking but this is so common I feel it’s intentional.
No cheese on a croissant.
No matter what shift… It can’t get done right. Apologies aren’t fixing simple yet incorrect orders… I’ve worked food service and I understand being busy but that isn’t always the same atmosphere.
As a long time customer who has stepped away numerous times… I hope if I come back in the future something can be done about this, I’m sure the workers will read this since they watched me go to reviews. You’re at work and I’m trying to get there… Time and gas reimbursement isn’t included in my order.

Donuts are good but customer service wasn’t that great. Also not sure why this chain doesn’t allow the customer to choose their own assorted. The ones the worker picked were bland. Needless to say theres plenty other places worth giving my money to.

I ended up getting a small and a medium hot drink, when I got home I noticed they were lighter then usually, went to open them and barely had any drink in both. Ended up adding milk and coffee myself at home defeating the whole purpose or getting a drink. The service was great when ordering but if I’m paying for a drink I want it to at least be full and not with 4 sips of drink. This is not the first time it’s happened and I’ve given the workers the benefit of the doubt and I don’t like to complain but it’s been too many time!

It’s always bad service and communication at this location. Employees will stare at you and glare at you and move as slowly as possible it seems. Food and drink are typically good, but avoid this Dunkin if you don’t have to go to it… I hate saying that, but the service is that bad typically.

I stopped here to get some hot coffee for the start of our road trip because if you didn’t know, “America Runs on Dunkin’.” We didn’t order any of their specialty drinks, nor did we order any food – just the hot coffee with cream and sugar.
The employees working on 30 Aug 2023 were very friendly and prepared our coffee super fast. I’ve been to other Dunkin’ locations where it took forever to get a simple hot coffee, which can be very frustrating; however, this wasn’t the case here.
The biggest drawback I noticed of this location is the lack of cleanliness in the dining area and bathroom. Normally, I wouldn’t highlight this as much, but since the restaurant was empty with very minimal customers in the drive-thru, I figured there shouldn’t be an excuse. Additionally, I would recommend that this restaurant receive a little refreshing to it. I noticed tv’s were hung up, but they weren’t being utilized. Also, some of the decor/furniture looked a little dated – one table/chair set appeared to be a last-minute addition to the restaurant because it didn’t match the other sets.
Overall, I was satisfied with my coffee and customer service, but the facility itself needs some attention.

Drive-thru needs a ‘ Limit ‘ on how many donuts are ordered so we don’t have to wait in line for 1/2 hour. I’ll be going to Winchells on 76th & sheridan from now on.
