I’m currently in Pasco for work and was looking at reviews of places to check out. I stumbled upon this food truck with the expectation of possibly getting some birria I was craving. I hadn’t realized (until I got there) that they only serve it on Friday and Saturday. (Bummer) the chick taking orders wasn’t the most customer centric. I got an order of flautas, an adobada taco and an horchata. I can only recommend the flautas. This place did not hit the spot. As a Mexican that lives in AZ, grew up in Cali, and visits Mexico often. This was nowhere what Mexican food I was craving. I’ve NEVER had a taco that has cabbage. Definitely don’t recommend that as a topping on tacos. I paid cash and later realized I never got a receipt. Well I paid 19.50 for all of that. Which I don’t think is too bad, had the meal been good. I won’t be coming back nor recommending this place.

I don’t know what people are talking about, “bland” this is the best taco truck in Pasco, and maybe the Tri Cities. Her tortillas, her asada, omg her SALSAS, all are amazing. She has a creamy habanero sauce that I just crave. The burritos and quesadillas are amazing as well! She puts love into her food, and it shows. I highly recommend this truck to anyone craving authentic Mexican food. Also, most taco trucks I’ve been to put shredded cabbage on their tacos, and I vastly prefer the texture and flavor to lettuce, which gets wilted so quickly.

Oh man.. so the service was friendly, otherwise we got some very bland “Mexican” food. I’m sorry but I won’t be back, it was disappointing enough to not feel like giving it another shot. I got a pollo quesadilla and my SO got the asada plate on an early Friday evening.
