Seriously surprised at the lower ratings. Especially the lady thinking the guy at register can’t communicate. He can. I know who you are speaking of. He fully gets what is being said. Maybe that customer has never been around someone with an accent. Not employees problem. Hes actually really nice and will acomidate. He was with me at least. He helped me when I was getting food for my coworkers. He even thought about time frame when he said it would be better just to order a full pizza. (Guys will never be mad for how long you were gone as long as you bring back delicious pizza) I of course said, good idea. He asked if I was sure that I had the time. I laughed and said yup. I got bbq pizza and cheese bread. It was ready pretty quick. I watched him roll dough out too. When I got back to our work site the guys were surprised that I brought back hot pizza. I wasn’t gone long. Then they were impressed. I’ve had many pleasant interactions with this place. They are super friendly. The day they opened their family was there. A little boy was eating cheese stix. And I asked if they were good. The mom gave me one. It was so humble and kind. AND YES I ATE A KIDS CHEESE STICK AND LIVED TO TELL ABOUT IT. Lol ppl are so paranoid. I rarely write reviews. This place deserves 10 stars. If you want something special just ask them.

Asked for 2 piece meal with a breast and wing with side of wedges. Nice young guy (who was training a woman, which is scary because he has no clue what he’s doing) was filling my order while the woman rang me up. He said “3 piece tenders, right?” I said no and repeated 2 piece – breast and wing. He said “with mac n cheese?” I again repeated I wanted wedges. It wasn’t until I got home that I opened the container and I had a thigh and a drumstick. I hate dark meat, so I will give it to a family member. The wedges were good. Biscuit was a hockey puck. Disappointing for sure.

I ordered the food in advance and when I arrived it wasn’t all ready and then by the time I got it back home my chicken wings were cold. The man behind the counter has some major communication issues and after asking numerous times what I ordered still almost got the order wrong. Overpriced and understaffed.

This is the 2nd time that I have ordered chicken and potatoe wedges and both the chicken and fries were hard and dried out. I would rather wait for hot fresh food than to get old dried out food.
