We have been to Brio several times. Always excellent!!! I had the Gorgonzolo Lamb Chops. Absolutely delicious. Very nicely seasoned, cooked medium rare to perfection with fingerling potatoes and asparagus. I typically do not finish my entrée. Today I did because it was so enjoyable. My girlfriend had the strawberry chicken salad. She typically does not finish her entrée but again she did because it was so yummy. I ordered Creme Brulette for dessert but unfortunately they were out of it. Our server Doug was excellent. Attentive, very menu knowledgeable, helpful and funny. Overall an excellent experience. We will be back for numerous reasons.

Let’s start with the seating I requested outside to enjoy the day, the chairs not only are totally moldy and broken but they are cover in bird poop all over absolutely disgusting, I only go to restaurants with outdoor seating to enjoy it with my dog and I have never experienced such a situation, after moving inside I ordered a Cesar salad no croutons, if you guess it that I got it with croutons, you guessed right, also I’m not sure if the dressing was to watery or the lettuce too wet either way the dressing was Not that rich creamy Cesar, for dinner I ordered the risotto with scallops and a side of asparagus, well the asparagus were so salt that I can not honestly tell if the risotto was good or bad at first after eating some of the sourdough bread which I’m not crazy about I was able to taste it, and I can that it was good more like ok but not impressed, ir tasted like a cheap box version.
The Atmosphere would have gotten a low score due to the chairs, and there was an older gentleman sitting outside that was only reading a book coughing and sneezing with a mouth open as a manager I would have giving him a gift cards and requested him to leave and come back another time.

Ordered delivery tonight, staying at a hotel just down the street. Ordered two chicken and spinach fettuccine entrees and a tiramisu. Our order was probably quoted at 25-30 minutes but actually ended up taking about 45, so that was a bummer but not the end of the world. My husband liked the entree we ordered but I found it very bland and overly saucy. I think that may just be the authentic Italian way, though. The tiramisu was delicious, though I have never seen it come with a side of half and half or cream or whatever. But it was delicious. The bread was sourdough, I think, and that was warm, but they gave us the bare minimum amount of butter for such a big loaf. Overall, not a fan of the pasta, but a fan of the dessert.

I have not been here in a while and I have to say I really enjoyed my lunch. Absolutely scrumptious tenderloin steak salad which was fresh and so tasty. Then I had a delightful sangria and the service was excellent!

Brio Italian Grille at The Gardens Mall is one of our favorite restaurants in Palm Beach Gardens, especially for happy hour. The bar is excellent, and the restaurant offers several seating options depending on your mood. You can sit inside at a booth or table, enjoy the lively high-tops in the bar area, or relax on their outdoor patio, which is especially lovely in the off-season.
Happy hour is typically available in the bar area or outside on the patio, and it’s always a great value. The food is consistently good, which is why we come back so often. I always order the salad with grilled salmon, and it’s perfect every time. My husband loves their burgers, and even our kids always find something they enjoy, which makes dining here easy and dependable.
If you’re visiting The Gardens Mall or looking for a reliable spot in Palm Beach Gardens with a great happy hour, solid menu, and comfortable atmosphere, Brio is a fantastic choice.

I recently dined here and had an overall decent experience. The food was okay, nothing outstanding, but satisfactory. I ordered the peach sangria, which was a bit flat and lacked the vibrant flavor I was expecting.
We chose to sit outside, which was very pleasant and provided a nice atmosphere. However, the birds were surprisingly bold, one even helped itself to some pasta from our plate. It was a humorous moment and gave us a laugh, though it’s something the restaurant may want to monitor for guests dining outdoors.
Overall, an enjoyable setting with room for improvement in both flavor and outdoor dining management.

Great location right outside the mall. This is one of the biggest Brio I have ever visited. I order the same thing all the time the same taste and flavors were there but my pasta was a bit too hard. Other than that our waiter was very cordial and professional. He took good care of us and we were happy.

I stopped at Brio Italian Grill in Palm Beach Gardners, close to 10:00 PM while on my way to another location and I’m glad I did. Even though it was late and only a few tables were occupied, the waitress welcomed me warmly and seated me right away.
I ordered the calamari, Caesar salad and the NY strip steak. The calamari was perfectly cooked with a nice light crunch, the salad was fresh, and the steak was the standout. I ordered it medium-well and it was cooked exactly right — something many places struggle to get right.
Service was excellent from start to finish. The waitress was polite, helpful, and attentive without being intrusive. I finished my meal close to 11:00 PM and never felt rushed, which I truly appreciated.
Great food, great service and a very pleasant late-night dining experience.
Highly recommend this is place!

Came here for early dinner. Overall the food lacks quality and taste. It all feels like it’s coming frozen and microwaved. Service was slow but the waiter tried to be friendly. For the high prices, the value proposition is not there so won’t be back. Last time I came to eat at Brios was pre covid and was decent. In fact I ate often at Brios pre covid and the food quality was way better. It’s OK to raise prices but please maintain the food quality.
