I used the drive thru, knowing there’s typically a longer wait. But it was cool because the cashier was great for conversation. Then the next window picking up my order, those workers were hilarious with their jokes. I can never bring myself to say McDonald’s food was excellent, but this location, their service was.

Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 happy meals. Chz burger with a coke and a burger with a sweet tea. I also ordered 2 large sweet teas, one with no ice. The 2 large teas were correct but the small one was not correct. The food was cold as well. When I pulled up to the window the lady stated she didn’t have a cup holder. Mind you I had 4 drinks. Perfect.. Then she hands me a hand full of straws for 4 drinks. I asked her what I was supposed to do with all of them? She said I don’t know use them. I insisted she have them back. Just pure laziness from this worker. She doesn’t deserve to have a job in customer service

The worst McDonald’s I have ever seen it’s so dirty and so slow and the people in there working are acting like they don’t want to be there. I mean why have this job if you don’t like it. Especially having to deal with people and having to at least try to act nice and not rude. And the food was terrible.

Watched the girl put sweet tea in the cup and into my carrier. When I asked if that was sweet tea or not she answered unsweetened. I said it was supposed to be sweet. Could tell that irritated the drive thru assistant. I was then asked to pull off to the parking spot and wait while the rest of my food would be done. Waited about 5 mins all for my food to come out cold! Fries soggy and cold, nuggets cold and hard. And my burgers was made correctly but VERY poorly. Like they took the extra time to hand smash each one down real thin. Buns and all! Oh and my favorite was the complementary attitude I got from the clerk that had to walk my not so freshly made food out to me. Shitty experience.

Never ordering from this McDonald’s again. Seems like every time we order from this one, there’s something missing or wrong. Tonight, for delivery, we ordered 3 meals. Somehow, we got 3 drinks and no meal. And one of the drinks was the wrong size. The dasher was nice enough to go back to the restaurant and recover the rest of the order but when he brought back the food, which he was assured was the rest of the order, it was still missing a kids meal. I went to the restaurant and when I got there, the lady I spoke to about my order seemed to be annoyed, but it’s not really my fault that you guys can’t make sure orders are getting out the door correctly. We have had multiple instances of this happening, so we’re done. This seems to be a consistent issue with this store.

Missing nuggets for one of three $5 meals and all of the other food was very old…. Cold nuggets… Cold fries…. Dry Rubbery meat… Hard stale buns!!! I sent husband back for the missing nuggets which was all they replaced in my honest opinion the whole order should’ve been replaced because it all should’ve been taken out of the cabinets and put on the waist list anyways that’s how old it was this always happens on the night shift because it’s a bunch of kids and if you say anything you get nothing but attitude and disrespect and then question what they may have done to it if you try to say anything and have it replaced location needs more responsable adults on night shift that will hold staff accountable and take pride in there quality food and customer service.

Do you always sit at the speaker 10 minutes unanswered or just me. EVERYTIME I go after 10 pm. Each time I pull off since no one is coming to the speaker there inside playing around.

I was doing an Uber order yesterday night. Went to the entrance to go and pick it up inside, just because I prefer going inside instead of the drive thru. One of the female employees just locked the door in my face without so much as a sideways glance! The other female employee, working the drive thru, was only slightly less rude. Some of the most disrespectful and miserable people I’ve had the misfortune of coming across. Avoid this McDonalds at all costs!

I went this morning to this McDonald’s. This is my go to McDonald’s once or twice a week, but this morning it was on point. I get the sausage egg mcmuffin with a folded egg and I got a hot chocolate. Wow, they were on point. Just want to say great job to the staff today.
