The females on the evening shift at this location are very nasty when it comes to attitude. I was doing Uber eats And also wanted to place an order. I want to drive-through first and they told me I have to come inside. Once I came inside. They completely ignored me and every question they asked was with an attitude. I was able to pick up the Uber Eats order, but they took forever just to take my order and make it. The food was good, but the attitude is not worth it. Please do better.

I just had the most unpleasant experience at this location. I arrived at this location at 3PM after visiting Portrait coffee down the street. I ordered a meal and sat down to work. I was told that I was not able to stay for more than 2 hours because it would be considered loitering. As a paying customer and as a customer who frequently visits this location, I found it unfortunate to be treated so poorly by management and the store owner. I asked if there was a time limit enforced and I was told that due to the area the restaurant is in they ask paying customers to leave after eating. It is disgusting how customers are treated and I would encourage people to go where your business valued. This is not a place that will appreciate your money. The management continued to lie and say I had been there since 1:30 although I walked in at 3pm, although that shouldn’t matter. Save yourself some time and the nasty attitude from management.

0 stars of I could. I ordered an apple pecan salad. I opened three containers the contents were sparse compared to other Wendy’s. It was my first time trying this particularly salad. I got half way through and realized it was Caesar. Went back in the store and was unable to get a refund for their mistake. I walked out only having an argument with the manager.

Two Biggie Bag along wit a kids happy meal. And I use my coupons book to get free Forstes for the kids. THE SERVICE WAS AWESOME. The service gave patience and respect to met my needs while their. The atmosphere was clam and balanced. The money was well spent because the food was hot and fresh and I didn’t want long. The kids happy meal was hot and fresh and actually had the toy in the bag. Well the frosties melt to fast when its cold outside so I didn’t like that. The restaurant is very clean so is the restrooms. And the outside is kept clean as well. I am joining the work team now and will be back and let anyone know if they are on Camp creek this is the Wendy’s to go too.

Terrible service. I asked for water. Thr lady said they wouldn’t give out free water, even though my sister was at the ordering machine clearly ordering. Then my sister walked over and I again asked for water. The lady said “we don’t got cups for water.” She said they only had cups for regular drinks. Why couldn’t she just give me those cups for water? Why was she so resistant to giving us water? Then she wouldn’t give us our coffees, even though they were literally on the ordering machine. She said they don’t have coffee for lunch. She ended up giving us one cup, I guess to “be nice.” But we had ordered 3 other cups. And they literally had coffee!! That’s why she was able to give us one cup! Also, they messed up our order. We ordered spicy chicken nuggets and they gave us normal.

Honestly the best Management and staff a neighborhood can have they work hard and consistently at work for us to be able to eat including on a budget friendly and helpful might I add deserve a RAISE ! This Wendy’s stays open all day and night 2am providing food service for those who haven’t cooked don’t know how to cook or have no place to live this Wendy’s has been open thru rain storm and snow respect these people as they have family and themselves to take care of in the difficult times BE KIND PEACE LOVE AND SOUL

If I could give it a .5 star rating I would, I ordered via DoorDash and most of the order come incorrectly or didn’t come at all, they were missing the frosty and didn’t get the right sauces or the right nuggets, instead of the spicy ones they put in the regular. Aswell as that there was A HAIR in my cheese fries, which goes against multiple health violations, and it’s really really gross. Goes to show to check your reviews before you order

I placed an online order and mistakenly doubled my order. I do not like cheese on my burger so I expected they would get at least one of the two correct. Wrong! They got both wrong. So I went back in to get just one corrected (I only needed one burger) and they put cheese on that too after I told them NO CHEESE and completely plain. Pathetic.
