As a DoorDash driver I feel like I get a consistent service everytime I come to this location and let me tell you it is terrible. They will happily ignore you while you stand at the counter for 10+ min, they solely focus on the drive through, and it feels as if you have to get their attention to remember your order, I’ve waited 20-30 min for small orders (less than 3 items)

My orders always get mixed up, or completely forgotten. Highly recommend walking into the store, purchasing your food & checking everything (in store) by the register. Orders over 3 items will undoubtedly get messed up & if you order for delivery or use the drive through. My orders are screwed 97% of the time when delivered or done via drive through.

One of the Biggest locations I’d been to, It was before 7 am. Tammie was the manager that served us , at first it didn’t seem like she was a Morning person as Greeting was a little off but afterwards she was very Sweet , I bet she was rushing due to being Short staffed as u don’t usually see Managers running the Store , Taking orders, and Completing the Food orders. We ordered a Toy and she forgot to put on the Bill and gave it to us for free which is something I have done on numerous occasions when I used to run a handful of Restaurants during my earlier days. It was a Sit down Breakfast and she brought out our Food to the Table. Apart from a stir stick for my Coffee everything was Perfect, Hot, and Scrumptious as can be. Very impressed with the Location, and Cleanliness of the Restaurant.

Came in to get food and waited forever. Not to mention they couldn’t even fill my frappe. I ordered a medium and only got enough for a small. McDonald’s needs to stop charging so much as well as stop paying these ineffectual people so much money. You don’t deserve $20 an hour if you can’t even do a simple thing like make a medium frappe. McDonald’s sucks these days. Certainly sorry I decided to get a quick bite here.

Wow this is a cool McDonald’s location! With three kids (ages 9, 6, and 3), the most important part to me is the Playplace, naturally. Huge climbing structure that kept all three kids busy.

I am currently in the drive thru line having waited 10 minutes to hit the pay window. A total now of 15 minutes and I’m not at the window yet. This happens all the time here. I don’t know why I keep trying. It’s ridiculous.
UPDATE : Made it to the window and received cold food and a biscuit that feels like it was made a couple days ago. The woman at the window gave me my food and then just stared at me and I asked her for my Coke and she said you don’t get one. I told her I got the meal and I should get a drink. She rolled her eyes and said, “Well it says here you don’t get one” and then she rolled her eyes and aggressively handed me a Coke.

They always mess up an iced coffee. Im not being a snob. This is my go to its cheap, tasty, and I get it almost daily but not from this location. They also were rude to me when I asked the lady to add caramel bc there wasnt any added. She argued with me that she made my coffee and she knows damn well. So she made a new one but shoved it at me when i got to the window with so much attitude. I was very polite, im never rude when i have to go back. Id rather buy another at a different location

Initially, we will not bring the entire order. Twice I went and told the staff that they didn’t bring me the whole order, the third time they brought the rest of the order. When I started eating the burgers, one of them turned out to be cold. When I reported this to the staff, they refused to remake the Burger.
