Pros: Good service, friendly staff.
Cons: This was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. My husband and I were excited to see a Ruby Tuesdays because we have always loved the fresh salad bar at other locations. Unfortunately, when we arrived the items in the salad bar were old and stale; the lettuce was wilted, the peppers were soggy and the peas were slimy, yes, slimy there was a snot like substance on them! Disgusting! I skipped on the salad and I thought I would try the actual food. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and it came with no bacon and tasted very sweet. I thought it was the bun so I took it off but it still was not palatable. A staff lady came out and put some new things on the salad bar and she was not wearing any gloves!! While we waited for our food, I looked around; the wallpaper is coming off the walls in many places, the seats and chairs are ripped and torn and the whole place needs a makeover or just torn down. Will not ever eat here again. Asheville had many much better places to eat.

The last 2 times we went to eat here it was great and the waitress was absolutely wonderful! We came tonight and after we got seated no one came to take our order or drinks. We sat there a good 20 minutes or so and the people that came in after us was getting waited on and we were just skipped like we wasn’t there so we just left. I can understand if it was packed but it was not busy at all. At least acknowledge you have customers that has been seated in a timely manner especially when it isn’t busy. Or at least inform your customer why it is taking so long to wait on them.

So ordered the catfish dinner and was first surprised at the portions. It literally looks like it was half eaten before I received it. I took one bite and it was slimy, obviously undercooked. I had to throw it in the trash. I hope this doesn’t make me sick.

Had a great meal at this place and even caught the Sunday special. It wasn’t too crowded, everything was clean and neat. The waitress was very attentive, and the service was quick and pleasant. If we stop in Asheville again, we’ll definitely visit again!

Some others and I have come to eat at this lovely restaurant twice in around 24 hours plus these times are not the only times we have dined here! I basically grew up coming to this restaurant! Highly recommended definitely giving them some love and support! The service is amazing and they go above and beyond! Jesus bless and He loves you!!!

We ordered 2 salads, onion rings and a baked potato. No drinks or dessert. The order was delivered and cost me $63 . We did not have any salad dressing nor silverware. It was the sorriest meal I think I have ever ordered!!! Ruby Tuesdays will not be getting any more business from me!!!

The food is always fresh and delicious and never disappoints! The service is excellent, the staff checked on us frequently and they were all very friendly. We were served quickly and the salad bar was very well stocked and fresh. Will definitely be visiting this Ruby Tuesday location again and highly recommend it!

Not what it once was. This was once a nice restaurant in a location convenient to the airport, I-26 & shopping. Before Covid, the restaurant was becoming dated and lackluster. Since the pandemic, it is barely recognizable. It has been a while since my husband & I gave it a try, and we had not been there long before we regretted our decision. The tables were sticky. The salad bar was far from fresh. Items did not even look all that appetizing in the pictures on the menu, let alone as prepared. I ordered the coconut shrimp with tots. The shrimp must have gone straight from the freezer into the fryer, because they were over cooked on the outside & the breading was almost gooey in the center next to the shrimp. The sauce wasn’t bad, but I had to be pretty hungry to eat the shrimp. The tots were lackluster but edible. My husband had the salad bar. I asked him how it was and he said, “not bad, but there were a lot of things I didn’t get because they were not fresh.” I checked it out myself & he was not wrong. Some items were fine. Others were far from fresh. Restrooms were clean & stocked. Not bad. Plenty of free parking & of course the location is still good. I used to really enjoy eating here, and it saddens me to experience this decline. I hope that the proprietors will turn this place around.

Big shout out to Mandy at this location. What a beautiful soul she is! She and her staff will take great care of you. They have a large selection of different items here so sure to please everyone and you couldn’t find a fresher salad bar on this side of town

We went on a sunday afternoon. They are one of the last places around that have a salad bar. It took awhile to be seated because they are short staffed but the staff was friendly. The salad bar was good and fresh. They kept refilling it. I also had a baked potato and it was good and fresh.
