The only complaint I have is. When I order lunch for a time frame it always comes early. Like the other day I orderer for a delivery between 11:15-11:30 to arrive. The reason for that time frame is because my lunch is at 11:30. I get a message at 10:17AM that my order will be delivered in 13 min. Which means it will be delivered a whole hour early. It’s frustrating because when it gets delivered it sits on a table and I can’t always get it as soon as it’s delivered. I would love it if it could get delivered to within the time frame. I get ten minutes early but a whole hour early it’s ridiculous! Do better!

HOPING THE MANAGER SEES THIS

A ton of people behind the counter, 3 just for making the sandwiches. another 3+ for everything else. It works for portillos but not here

Very inefficient since they take turns standing around waiting for the person before them to finish their part. While a handful of us wait for our food.

Because of this, a simple tuna unwich they made incorrectly. Every single time I’ve ever ordered one it came with tomatoes and the avocado spread and they did not include that. Because of this it was the blandest thing I’ve ever had. Even the tuna didn’t really have flavor. I was on a short lunch break and didn’t have time for them to remake it. So I asked for extra mayonnaise just to try to get through the sandwich

Never seen Jimmy John’s this slow. From order to getting the sandwich was 7 minutes. If it was just one person doing the sandwich all the way through for each person, it would be twice as fast, less for payroll, And less incorrect orders.

And The water tasted terrible from the dispenser. Not sure if the water source is bad or if the machine just hasn’t been cleaned

Used to be a regular Jimmy Johns customer and frequented this location, but after numerous horrible experiences, we will be taking the extra couple of minutes to head down to the Batavia location where the staff seems to actually care about their customers and product they sell. Mine and my husband’s go to order is simple and it’s somehow wrong each time. Delivery is never freaky fast. And the service from those inside, including both assistant and store managers is completely absurd. As a manager of an establishment myself, I am truly embarrassed for whom this location put on their front line. Do better.

Numerous times I’ve ordered the exact same sandwich from this location. Comes with the same directions every time. There doesn’t seem to be a problem with insuring the right ingredients are included.

The recurring issue is that I have always ordered a 16” Gatgantuan cut in half. And there seems to be someone working there that doesn’t understand that it means cut the entire thing in half, and only sends me an 8” gargantuan.

Sorry but I’m not spending $25 on an 8” sandwich! Either pay attention to the details, or find another line of work. Possibly something that doesn’t require thought

This place was a total mess today. Tables were filthy, bathrooms were trashed, and had no toliet paper. Oh, no lids for your drinks and no napkins. If this were my store I’d have some serious conversations with the crew.

I had to speak to the manager, Yvone, due to thinking both sandwiches being made incorrectly. Turns out only 1 sandwich was missing the bacon n I ordered the other incorrectly. My own mistake. She did hear me say I don’t eat pork, so she offered to remake both sandwiches for me, keep the sandwich missing bacon, n give back the ham, n get the sandwich I intended to pick up! She so didn’t have to remake my sandwich since it was totally my mistake, but was so considerate n did. Thank you Yvonne, I will definitely be returning!!
