Ordered takeout. Got fish sandwiches, fries and hot dog for our dog. Hot dog was overpriced at $5.79!!!
Fish was a bit soggy, tarter sauce didn’t have much flavor. Asked for extra ketchup and tarter sauce and got neither after waiting 10 min for the food.

It’s fast food and it was as expected. The burger was good, the cheese curds also very much met expectations. No complaints, nothing to rave about just fast food that hit the spot.
The custard was awesome and taking it to go was a must as the portions are substantial.

As a highly satisfied customer of the Grand Junction location, we were very disappointed with the Glenwood facility
The order taker didn’t understand english very well and seemed not to like being there. The Reuben sandwich was pretty darkly grilled , but the small amount of meat and cheese were cold. No sauerkraut! Very little dressing. Worst
“Reuben” sandwich ever – compared to GJ. Hope this kind of experience doesn’t
sour customers from trying other Culver’s restaurants….

Been to many across the country. The person taking our order didn’t understand English very well and didn’t get our order correct. It would be helpful if they repeated the order back to us to make sure it’s correct. The person who dropped off the food, too, didn’t repeat the order (different person). Many of the cheese curds didn’t have cheese in them. They tasted over cooked and definitely not fresh.

Good food great service but inside was a bit of a disaster zone. Dirty tables, someone spilled their drink and employees just put a caution sign on it instead of mopping.

This was probably the worst Culver’s I’ve eaten at. It was a really bad experience. I have learned to expect a lot from the other Culver’s I’ve attended. This Culver’s was very dirty. There were tons of spider webs everywhere. The condiment section was horrible. The staff was very short. Only one girl was actually working the others were standing around. They were standing around instead of cleaning? Just a bad experience. I’m not sure if this is a management issue?
This Culver’s give a bad reputation to the entire Culver’s chain. It was simply a disappointment. I try to leave positive reviews, but there really wasn’t anything positive in my experience. From the simple repairs such as the doors not even closing to the spiderwebs and mess to the staff were short with me and just standing around, I cannot recommend this Culver’s.

Highly disappointed by this location. I’ve been to a ton of Culver’s and this was by far the most disappointing. My burger was cold, the cheese clearly just came out of the fridge and was tossed on the burger patties. The fires had to have been sitting for at least an hour. Employees could care less. Bummer to have that experience.
