Probably the worst taco bell I’ve ever been to. Gordita and chalupa shell was stale, 5 layer was practically empty. Service was subpar at BEST. Workers dgf about their job (which I understand but like damn at least be nice) only redeeming items were the soda and soft taco.

While doing a mobile order, I picked up my food. My food was cold and uncooked in the middle. Upon going back to the store to get help, I was met with attitude and disrespect, like it was my fault that my food was undercooked. They were of no assistance to help resolve the situation. I definitely will be going to corporate. Highly do not recommend. Disgusting!!!!

I have ordered a few times from this location, every time they fail at getting the order correct. Food is always cold and doesnt taste worth a fraction of the money you spend to get it. Spend your money elsewhere, I guarantee you, you will be less disappointed.

My food was old looking and dry I got the chicken cantina and it’s usually my favorite but yuck. I also got the taco bowl and the beef was ridiculously oily more than usual. The staff didn’t even wanna help at the counter and instead directed everyone to the kiosk, telling multiple people how to order there. Ordered online. Waited in the drive through for 30 minutes. Just to receive the wrong order. Was told to pull into a parking spot to wait. They took the food back after it was splayed on my lap, to confirm my order. I doubt they disposed of it.

Food (Mexican pizzas) taco like chemical. after vomiting, I looked online and saw that this is something that happens often with this food chain apparently, old grease could be the cause or chemicals overlapping with the food. Either way, I hope am hoping that I don’t get sick over the next couple of days. That is what I get for years of not eating it. Had a craving.

First off, the lady in drive thru, made me wait 25 mins before i could order. When i got to the window she was rude and disrespectful, when i asked for hot sauce, i didnt event get to finish my sentence, she cut me off as i said can i- and told me its in the box . Well clearly what i wanted was not in the box, so i went back to the window as politley as posibble and she slammed the window in my face, she asked what i wanted and i said may i have some fire sauce please,she gave it to me but also did not give me straws. So my 13yr old son had to drink his soda with out a straw and it got all over my car also i had to drive 2.5 hrs home becaise im visiting the area. Vey displeased with the service i suggest she be removed from window and put as a dish washer until she learns how to talk to customers correctly. I will be calling HR in the morning also i did not get a reciept. Store number 2921, elder black lady @ 9pm on april 24th 2025.
