This is good Mexican ice cream very creamy. I love coming here to get some treats last time I was there I felt like my favorite ice cream lost its flavor I usually like the cajeta ice cream but this time was different overall it’s a good place to get some paletas, chips and ice cream. Will be back to try other flavors.

My parents often tell me they prefer the Michoacana on Mountain in Ontario, and today I saw why. I went into this location and ordered tostilocos. They charged me $7.75, I wasn’t paying attention when they were making them but it didn’t have the ingredients they usually put in them and the box was a half size, and didn’t have enough for the price, total rip off. I sampled one of their ice creams and it was too sweet as well.
Edit: the customer service was fair, but the lobby wasn’t very clean.
All feed back is good feed back. You can either take offense to it or use it to raise the standards of a business. I asked for a manager but to no avail. I didn’t return the item, I still contributed to yours. I simply recounted on my experience and encourage for people to try and see for themselves.
