Been coming here since 2007 when i moved to clarksville and this restaurant has progressively gotten worse over the years. Yesterday 3/8/26 was our worst experience yet. My gf and i showed up with another couple to have a nice dinner snd were seated immediately. The restaurant was not even close to 50% capacity which was nice for conversation at our table but we waited almost 15 minutes just to get our drinks ordered and be greeted by our waitress finally only to be told there was no sweet tea available. We ordered appetizers and was informed that you cannot order changes to the italian nachos which i have done every single time since 07 except the last time we came they said they dont customize them anymore, yet yesterday was just told some managers do that and some dont allow it….. ok so we ordered cheese bread and pizza rollups after the waitress Sophia P was very argumentative and told us thats she on her period is why she is being rude to us. We waited another 10-15 mins before ordering our dinners while talking. Our dinners came out and we still had not recieved our appetizers, when i finally asked about them halfway through our meal we could all tell that she had never even put the order in even though she told us they were just waiting on everything to finish in the oven. We finished our main courses and plates removed before we ever recieved our appetizers. Upon asking for the bills we initially recieved were incorrect and when we pointed it out the second set of printed off bills came out more expensive than the first and even more incorrect. Eventually after 4 trips for the waitress to correct our bills we finally got them. We tipped but poorly due to the absolutely horrid service we had and upon seeing the tip size the waitress became even more rude and then wanted to clear our table while we were finishing everything up. This was by far the worst experience weve ever had here and will not ever return after coming for 19 years.

Burnt pizza. The same game across 3 screens at the bar. A mediocre selection of craft beers. What has happened OC? You were once a great place in Clarksville. Why would you send something like that out at lunchtime? It was really crunchy until you got to the sauce ring, then it was so tough we just discarded the rest. We already ate half so we didnt bother to lodge complaint. Sad to see the standards fall so far.

I ordered the veggie thin crust pizza & fried. The pizza was yummy, the fries were ok. I tried some of my friend’s hand tossed pep and it was delicious.
It’s seemed pretty empty inside, but it did take a while to get the food. My food was warm, but it was still good.
Thomas was our waiter, he was very pleasant and attentive, not too over bearing, A+. Very sweet guy.
I plan to try their drinks next visit. I left my ID, so I couldn’t try any alcoholic beverages.
The best part of this was the FREE FOOD we received, the order was printed twice by some mistake, lucky us. We walked out with extra.
This was my first visit, I will definitely return.

The bar area booths have a really bad sewer smell. We were told that the sewer pipe under the building is leaking and needs to be replaced but corporate will not fix it because they don’t want to shut things down to fix the problem. We almost got up to leave because of the smell.
The food and service is excellent. The music is too loud.
Fix the sewer problem or we will not be back. Thank you

We stopped in on vacation. Wings were okay. Edible, but not the greatest. Tasted like may have been frozen. Chicken pesto pasta was good, but could have used more chicken in it. Entry service was very friendly and helpful. Waitress was decent, but our drinks ran dry waiting for more. Wife had GF cauliflower crust pizza and enjoyed it.

I recently arrived for the 1st time here in last July 11 and 4 days after my husband invited me to this place and we ordered pizza/pineapples, mac & cheese and my drink is strawberry and they we’re Large servings for me. The pizza looks good, and with a lot on Toppings, everything thing looks yummy and contented to see. However when I ate the pizza it’s too salty for me and also the drink I ordered is too sweet for me. Anyway I’m born and raised in Asia and it’s my 1st time to arrive here . So that’s why I’m kinda not used to the Taste Level here. Even on my first dine in Breakfast at the iHop (july 12) the biscuit is too salty for me and also the chocolate drink..Above all the service is well all good they like small talks to customers..

We ordered our first drink and appetizer. Drink and fried pickles were great! Server was immediately complaining about being there since 12 at greeting. (We were there about 6) I had to say our pizza order 3 times and we still received it wrong. While waiting for our pizza we ordered more drinks but he ended up coming back asking for our drink order again while we were sitting there waiting to send our pizza back. I then said nevermind to drinks and that our pizza was wrong so we were just ready to check out. We have kids and were on a time crunch. He said okay and handed me the device with our check WITH the pizza on it we hadn’t touched. I then had to say I wasn’t paying for the wrong pizza. I’m sure the food is great but that service was something else.

We’ve eaten at this location several times and have had no problems. I love the food, but their sweet tea is exceptionally awesome! Italian nachos are what is in the picture. They’re pretty awesome! We ordered individual pizzas but decided to take them to go. My wife always orders their cauliflower crust.

Good and bad. The pizza is really good, with great taste and good crust. Most always, the food is prepared correctly and has good flavor. The service from entering to leaving is slow. They were not that busy, but we had to wait 20+ minutes for a table. The pick-up for takeout and waiting for a table are the same area. So, keeps the staff constantly confused. We had time to watch all this as we waited. People on top of people waiting. Again, the dining area not that busy. After we were seated, the table service was a bit slow. Food good to great, service slow.

I LOVE THE FOOD AND TEAM – but ~~ the new manager is so OVER DOING IT! Firstly: there is no reason I should feel like you’re both supervising me and your staff…. Our server can’t even spend an extra second to ask how we are before he is at the doors staring a hole through all of us. Secondly: I personally have witnessed him on the phone pacing the whole store, making it impossible to relax while his speaker phone on loud back and forth…. THIRD AND MOST IMPORTANTLY: ON MULTIPLE VISITS I HAVE SEEN HIM PUT HANDS ON BOTH FEMALE STAFF AND CUSTOMERS TO THE POINT OF VISIBLE DISCOMFORT. Back away and let your team keep the regulars that have kept the place alive. There 1000% is reason for management and keeping the team in shape, but this should by no means include making your team and customers uncomfortable and icked out by your clear lack of manners and personal boundaries. Please check you leadership. Women are not here to be touched because they exist. You can direct with your voice and not your hands. I know a fact it’s loud enough.
