Well let’s just say that I have never been more surprised by going to a fast food place than my experience from this Leesburg location. I found their meal deal for the big Mac combo to be a decent price…little did I know that I was going to be greeted with a joke of a burger. The picture says it all….they didn’t even try and if they say they did, well let me just leave it at that.

I’m writing to express my frustration with the so-called *24-hour service* at your location.
On 2/4, between 2:22 AM to 2:29 AM, after a long night of construction work, I pulled up to the drive-thru expecting to place an order. Instead, I was completely ignored.
I waited at the speaker with no greeting, no acknowledgment, and no attempt to take my order. I then pulled up to the window, where multiple staff members clearly saw me. I tapped on the window to confirm if they were taking orders, and they deliberately put their heads down and acted as if I wasn’t even there.
This is more than just bad service:
– It’s a total misrepresentation of your claim to be open 24 hours.
– It reflects extremely poorly on your staff and your company’s standards.
– You have employees on the clock not working, not serving customers, and intentionally ignoring them.
If you advertise 24-hour service, then customers should actually be able to receive service — not be ignored by a full crew hiding inside. I strongly suggest corporate review the overnight management and staffing at this location, because this behavior is unacceptable and disrespectful to paying customers.

This location is famous for poor customer service. But we deal with it for the convenience but after getting banned I am going to reignite my love with the whopper and the classic chicken sandwich. I will say I did go off on an employee after my kids were signaled out instead of the family members of an employee for eating our food. So done with the poor service of mcdonalds.

Came through in the morning on our way across the state. Ordered mcmuffins for the family. None of the kids could even bite through their buns since they’d been sitting in the warmer so long. I thought they were being dramatic until I tried mine. Terrible. Follow food safety rules please!

This morning I went through and ordered 2 mcmuffins and 2 sausage mcmuffins. When opening the package to enjoy my breakfast I paid 5 dollars per sandwich for. I found 2 English muffins with only egg , and my other 2 had sausage, egg , but no cheese . Speaks to training , attitude . And integrity of the work force of this establishment. Gentlemen attitude wasn’t great, looked and sounded like he was sick of these dumb customers coming in .

I was ready to post a negative review while I waited at the locked door 5 minutes after 6am. But when I got the attention of the workers they came and opened the door. I guess sometimes the door does not stay unlocked sometimes. The place was pristine clean and there was a man sweeping the dining room even though it probably should have been done the night before. The manager hurried over from driver thru to take my order. They were very polite. After noticing they were clearly under staffed, I sat down to study and figured it would be a while but I was in no hurry. However, only about 60 seconds later the manager walked over to my seat and delivered my order with a smile. Later I heard the manager informing the rest of the crew that 1 of the 2 missing employees was on their way. Way to make it work manager!
I updated to add this photo of the custodian. I have NEVER seen a McDonald’s this clean and this guy is the reason. He meticulously moved chairs and swept and mopped the whole place. Squeaky sneaker clean. I complimented him even though he was so into his work. It is so refreshing to see such work ethic at this level employment. These folks will go far in life!

Disgusting place manager could care less go and see for yourself employees little kids jumping around playing with their hands and your food. Sits there while you wait 40 minutes even when they’re not busy then they’ll hand you your food give you a dirty look and walk away you get better customer service from the kiosk at Wawa Help close this place down.
