Wow! This was really an EXCELLENT burrito! I would not describe it as being authentic, but it was really really good!
I ordered the pulled pork burrito… which already does not sound authentic… and the pork was YUMMY!
The pork had that fall off the bone flavor and texture with the right amount of spices. It came loaded with all the usuals (rice, sour cream, etc).
This place is cash only… so be prepared!
Service was very friendly on this very hot day!
There are tables located next to it… but you may have to look around for some shade.

Had a vegan burrito bowl and asked for cheese on the side so I, a vegetarian, could split with my vegan husband. Effin Burrito was accommodating to my slightly quirky request and the service was very friendly. The TVP was tasty and a great non-meat option in a town that doesn’t offer a ton of choices for vegetarians/vegans. I would absolutely return and recommend Effin Burrito to anyone!!

The issue is the terrible business practices. I cannot tell you how many times, I have gone there to order food after checking their website to make sure they are open, only to find they are closed. Its a 25 minute drive for me one way, I live in Painesville. There is NO phone number to call to make sure they are open, or to place large orders, which to me is ridiculous. Today, Saturday October 12th 2024, my friend from Eastlake, traveled out here to Geneva for the Trump Convoy at Geneva State Park, he and his family of (5). We thought we’d grab lunch at Effin Burrito before joining the convoy, NOPE!!! Even tho their website said they were open at 1pm, we all get there to find the building closed up, they were of course closed. So in addition to losing around $100.00 that we would’ve spent, I’m being told there are alot of others who have had the same experience, maybe they dont care to make money, or dont care about customers, it’s just not a way to conduct business.

The rice was really old and the burrito bowl had no flavor at all!! Cash only which isn’t a huge deal unless you come with no cash.

This was the best burrito of my life. They were $9.50 per burrito. The options were chicken, steak, pork, vegetarian and vegan. The service was super quick, made to order. There were other options such as open face burrito or bowl. Drinks were also available. When they say gastric extasy in the description they weren’t kidding. I would drive the 2 hours from home just to get one of these burritos in a heartbeat.
