First they were out of breasts so substitution was made for one order. I ordered green beans and potato salad and received 2 mashed potatoes. I don’t even eat mashed potatoes. The broasted chicken has what seems to be baked liquid formed to it. Not very appetizing. I didn’t check the bag because the receipt was right and it was dark and I headed home. Very disappointed!

I uber eats this meal and it was ok. I got regular and spicy. They messed the order up but that wasn’t the biggest thing. The regular had a great texture to it but there a a lack of seasoning. The spicy was better and it did have just the right amount of heat for me but was lacking the extra seasoning for me.

A+++++ Customer service, The food is always great and the best in Jefferson City. On Friday 1/16/25 ordered an item but they were low and next batch was due up longer than I could wait. I love LEEs gizzards! But today… not so much. They were terrible!!! They were hard and dark colored. Not sure if overcooked or sat around for a bit but I was sorely disappointed!!!! . Not sure if I’ll go back anytime soon. Jack flash is okay but maybe my new go too. Sorry LEEs but you failed me today.

First time ever visiting this restaurant. Ordered the chicken gizzards and asked for them could they cook them fresh. At that point was told that they just came up 5 minutes ago. After getting to my hotel room which is 5 minutes up the street, open the box to take a bite the gizzards were stale and old. The three wings were also old and stale. Bake beans were old and dry along with the biscuits being burned. For me to have arrived at 7:30, the meal was a total disappointment.

Lee’s famous chicken is delicious. I had famous 10 pieces special and I enjoyed every single of them. Off course I couldn’t finish in one meal. It was actually good enough for two meals. It’s different kind of taste and nicely cooked. I highly recommend all to give I a try.

Got to the restaurant at 7:40 pm and the door was locked with a sign stating lobby open until 8:00. So I then went through the drive thru making it to the widow at 7:56 & was lied to by the manager saying the doors were locked 2 minutes ago. Then they got my order wrong . The chicken i ended up with was horrible. This place use to be very good but obviously things have changed.
