Feeling a little bummed with chilis lately. It took awhile to get our food but totally understand just due to it being a little busy. But we weren’t checked on when we got our food once, and with the price of things on the menu was hoping for better quality. Not gross, just not cooked to order. Ordered a medium rare steak and it came out very well done and dry. And the broccoli was just raw broccoli on a plate. Not horrible. But not good sadly.

Came in with a group of 6 for lunch. We were seated pretty quickly. What turned into your server will be right with you, ended up taking over 20 + mins for our server to come to our table. We finally had to ask for our server to come to our table and it still took awhile.
Once our server came, I don’t think he cared a whole lot about serving us
We all ordered from the lunch menu and were super impressed with how much food you got. The side of salsa and chips was a full side you would get as an appetizer. Everyone was happy with their food. The chicken salad was really good. Overall, the service was lacking but the food was good once we got it.

Food was delicious, service was great, vibes were excellent. We got the triple dip chip thing, a cookie skillet, the molten lava cake situation, fries, mac and cheese, and the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla. Huge fan of all of the above. Went on a Thursday night around 10:30 and it was just a great end to our night

It was great! Got the margarita chicken for the first time and it was really good! Very satisfied! Our server was extremely kind. Sadly they ran out of the cookie skillet but the lava cake tasted amazing!

In November 2025, we visited Chili’s Grill & Bar in American Fork, Utah. On Tuesday, November 11th, or Veterans Day, Chili’s offers Veterans a free meal from a list of possible meal choices. The food was delicious and thank you, Chili’s, for treating Veterans so nicely on Veterans Day.

I’ve been to this location 3 times. 2 months in between each visit. The service is always excellent, and is what kept us coming back after the first and second time. Servers are awesome, attentive and knowledgeable. However, all 3 times I’ve been, me and my Fiancé always get severe food poisoning. We always order different things on the menu. We don’t get food sick anywhere else but this location. I’m not sure if there is something in the kitchen that needs to change or what. After this last time was really bad I’ve noticed a pattern and will never be returning to this location.

This is the absolute worst location ever. Don’t waste your time with these people. We came in as a party of 6 at 3pm on a Saturday. The restaurant was near empty. They said they couldn’t seat us because we were a party of 6. Then while we were there they sat a party of 5! When I questioned them they said it was because there were 6 of us. No other explanation. I will never be back! Ever! Go to Saratoga Springs. It’s worth the drive and the service is great!

When here on Thursday night and was taken care of by Michelle. She was awesome! She was constantly checking on us and never let our drinks run out. The food was great and came out in a respectable time considering the amount of people dining at the time.

Everything was alright until one of the waitresses spilled ranch all over my jacket. Accidents happen I get it, but they didn’t even come back to make anything right until I asked to speak with a manager. Even then all the could do is offer $40.00 worth of gift cards.
Needless to say my jacket is pretty much ruined and none of the stains are coming out of it after washing it 4 times since it happened last night. It’s disappointing how they handled the situation and didn’t really care to fix the situation at all.
