I can’t believe this is real actually it’s so ridiculous it’s comical at this point, we were just talking about how this McDonald’s was getting better & turning itself around after we had a good experience last week …. And then we opened the sandwich.
This happens so frequently with the mayo it’s crazy… but this time wasssss riiiiidiculoussss. was whoever was making the sandwiches tonight mad about something?? because why intentionally put a pea sized amount of mayo on a burger at all when it says… extra mayo??
Never complained about the food like this before, but this seems intentional. A pea sized amount of mayo? Dude, lmao.
So disappointing.

Nice location of this mcd right beside the parking lot of narrow gauge railroad. The food served warm however the beverage taste was horrible. The staff is nice and the seating area is almost clean. Their restroom requires attention and orders can be placed on the kiosks present inside. Overall a nice mcd for quick serve food and beverage.

25 minutes to get a double cheeseburger
Like all Bronson family McDonald’s, this one is plagued by management and employee issues. Today I went in and for about the 10th time in a row, every single table was dirty. This one is just gone downhill so bad since Cathy left. She took pride in what she did, and worked hard to make the place as clean as any restaurant. None of the employees at the restaurant now care, maybe that’s a generational thing? They have no pride in what they do. I could go around taking pictures of all the tables but they all were forgotten. The screens that you order from on the kiosks were so dirty and covered with fingerprints it is clear they had not been cleaned and several days, these things are biohazards to touch just to order your food. The new layout of course with McDonald’s is awful anyway. I remember the old days when people that drive through were just a lazy secondary customers, and people in the lobby with cash in hand were considered the primary customers. Now DoorDash is even more important than customers in store with cash in hand. It really says something about our society. I will say that the food at this McDonald’s always arrives in it somewhat timely manner. Even when a bus a 20 kids comes in they still get your food within 15 minutes or so. It’s generally pretty fresh, and the order is almost always right at this McDonald’s. I can’t think of a time when it wasn’t. Anyway if you go here you will get fed, but they’ll treat you like a homeless person even if you’ve got money ready to spend.
One final note is that the entire west facing side of this particular location is all windows, which means after about 5:00 p.m. there’s no shade anywhere in the lobby. The air conditioning is nice, but the glare from the sun is irritating. I don’t know who these Bronson family guys are that post their sign everywhere in all of their McDonald’s, but until they get their act together I consider taking it down because it does not set a good example for them.

Fiest off no ketchup. What kinda mcdonalds runs out of Ketchup? The chicken nuggets are the worse I’ve ever tasted at a mcdonalds. Oil needs changed or something. Or these are not real mcdonalds chicken nuggets. Run out of ketchup makes me believe possibly buying sub par food from a non mcdonalds distributor. We’ll have to edit to add more. I see in recent reviews thus location was out of ketchup. Is this a lie the store tells customers or the Mangers really this incompetent to order ketchup. What a joke. Guess that’s why mcdonalds now behind taco bell in fast food.

This used to be one of the top performing McDonalds in the country. Now this is one horrible excus for a McDonalds. There is never anyone at the front and getting one of the ohhh so many workers to acknowledge you is near impossible. It IS IMPOSSIBLE to get a manager to say anything to you. Orders take forever and instead of informing the customer of wait time the workers just stand there talking loudly about what cartoon character they found attractive. Don’t you guys have a QSCV? Aren’t times supposed to be at 90 seconds. God you guys are loosing money being so slow now. Don’t eat here unless you got time to waste. A lot of time.

There were only 4 people working around the holidays the evening we ran in. They were short staffed but still they need to be a little more sanitary. There was a young man that we could all see while waiting for food that was opening the burgers with his bare hands (no gloves). He would open the burgers and make sure they were to go in the order he had. There was trash and food all over the floor in the cooking area as well as the lobby area. Also the two times we went in, there was nobody to take orders so I had to help an older man that had never used a kiosk. Pretty nasty!

Waited 15 min for 2 coffees. No clerks available. Had to use the kiosk. So we couldn’t even order a senior coffee. Would not recommend for any special needs out for technically challenged.

Just went to get her a coffee refill this morning and was denied because it was a different cup, I had money to pay for it all, I do on it was just a refill. The manager, a heavy Spanish woman, didn’t even say hi, just said you can’t bring that in here you have to have our cup to get coffee. I only gave it one star because I had to actually do a 1 star just to give it a post. The day is friday , january thirtieth twenty twenty six , at ten seventeen a m standard time
