1st time. The young lady at the counter greeted us and explained things to us. The food was great! I ordered a cheese steak sub and my husband ordered a cheeseburger sub. The fries were perfect. We will be going back.

I spend a minimum of $60 a week every weekend at this sub shop. Today’s purchase.
Was right around $80. The only thing I had in my wallet due to forgetting my debit card was a $100. I proceed to hand it to the cashier and she says, we don’t accept $100 bills. Keep in mind the food is already made and I see no mention of their individual policy at this location posted. I proceed to politely.Tell the girl at the register.Well I don’t know what to do this is the only thing I have to pay with. She tries to be accommodating and checks with the owner that sees me there every week. He basically responded with sorry about your luck and let me walk out the door while leaving the order on the counter. I would get it if someone was trying to spend a $100 bill to buy a cookie but it was literally on an order that was almost the entire amount of the bill. I could not imagine being a sub shop owner and seeing
that a regular customer that is spending that much money walk out the door. You would think that he would have walked up to the register himself and said, hey man, it’s typically our policy. I’ll accept it this time but just in the future. No hey man could you brake the $100 elsewhere and we will keep your order warm till you get back . Nothing Zero attempts at customer service or retaining a loyal consistent customer. Absolutely mind boggling decision on this owner’s part to throw out a expensive order rather than show solution based flexibility. Keep in mind I would spend approx $300 before this happened.

I ordered a half sub and fries for uber delivery. The half sub was very small bit the cheesesteak was good . I was a bit disappointed in the “steak fries” as they were very thin and dry. While I didn’t dislike my meal, I would not likely get food here again.

The Bobbi is such an amazing sandwich and it’s one of the few that makes sense to go out a buy (in terms of sandwiches). Thanksgiving on a bun. This place has plenty more to offer that I’m sure most will enjoy as well.

Giving this 4 as it had a good selection, especially if you need some meat alternatives as impossible cheesesteak and plant based chicken and turkey. For the meat lover, the turkey is truelly freshed and sliced off turkeys cooked on site. Everyone was a big fan of the thin fries.

BBQ chicken salad with the chipotle ranch was absolutely delicious. The Italian sub was also great. For “half” a salad and sandwich, I was surprised at the amount of food. Will definitely go back!

Ok, hold up. Seriously the BEST french fries I’ve ever had! Love that they’re kind of like “steak fries” but sliced very thin. Crispy, perfectly salted, with plenty of real estate to hold ketchup (I am a ketchup fiend when it comes to fries).
We shared a large order of fries and that could have been my meal. But we also shared a hot medium Bobbie. So delicious. Love their stuffing and cranberry sauce, turkey was good. Really delicious dinner.

I so desperately wanted to give a 5 star review but I can’t. What I can say is the sandwiches taste great! The complaint here is the contents or the lack of contents.

I have had the opportunity to revisit my favorite hometown (Wilmington DE) sandwich shop. I’m very happy to say they are putting out a sandwich worthy of the Capriotti name. The place is clean and staff friendly.

We tried the classic Italian sub at Capriotti’s, and it was fantastic—just as good as the subs we’ve had in New Jersey. The cold cuts were high quality, the tomatoes were fresh, and the roll was perfect. It had that true East Coast deli flavor we’ve been missing.
We also grabbed a chocolate chip cookie—it was huge, warm, and gooey. So good!
We ordered through their website and picked up inside—super easy and convenient. Great food, friendly service, and we’ll definitely be going back again!

very rude i bought my food back because it was wrong order so the employees put so many hots on my sandwich it burned my eyes as i open sandwich i spent 50 dollars at this location only for my family not be able to even eat it by far worse place ever… employees will be smart for no apparent reason an play with your food wouldn’t recommend no one to go to this location on night shift
