1st timer, I am soooo impressed with their menu. I’m not sure why I’ve never eaten here but I am excited about all the options, salad, sandwiches, pasta, baked potatoes and SWEETS. You cannot beat that! The customer service here was superb and their hibiscus tea mixed with their sweet tea was amazing. There was enough pasta to have seconds. Left #stuffedandSATISFIED.

Chicken Pot Pie is nothing I’d write home about. No flavor.
Turkey Wrap was ok, but your initial taste is a lot of lettuce, no flavor.
FYI I’ve tried this Turkey Wrap on Dowlen Rd and it tastes so much better than the one on Gulfway St.
Strawberry Shortcake is off the chain delicious! Definitely would order again.

Visited again on November 29, absolutely amazing food. Sabrina as always was fantastic. She always remembers our favorite sandwich and is super friendly and efficient. Austin, the Asst. General Manager has a wonderful personality and is always welcoming and an amazing representative for Jason’s. All the staff there is amazing. I give them a 10 out of 10. Absolutely love our time there.

We got manager special mix and match. Sandwich and salad. Got the salmon sandwich. It was delicious and so was the salsa and chips. Salad was very disappointed. Stuff was out and it wasn’t fresh. Not how I’m used to it being at all.

Great food for this chilly weather. Tomatoes soup was great along with the grilled cheese! Definitely recommended reading up on their history while you have a sandwich, soup, or baked potatoe! Great place to discover.

I usually love Jason’s Deli, but tonight was a whole different experience. I ordered 2 bowls of Irish potato soup. One for now, one for later. Both of them were extremely salty. I had to throw them away. A total waste of money. I ordered a half corned beef sandwich. It was terribly dry but I forced it down. I also order a half roast beef sandwich for later. It didn’t have the kind of bread I requested and it had ONE thin slice of beef. That was it!
I’m afraid to visit the Jason Deli on Dowlen. It was good there, but what if it’s doing the same thing as the Gateway location? No thanks.
I will say one thing – my husband ordered a whole roast beef sandwich and it had plenty of meat on it. He said it tasted good.

The salad bar is well stocked, clean and always manned. The lady cleaning it has been doing a wonderful job.
The staff at the counter were friendly and helpful.
The Reuben chicken salad sandwich and broccoli soup were all very good.
We visited this location in hopes that the original store would have the original food I grew up having but it’s changed, I really wanted the original bbq sandwich. The chopped bbq now taste like the great value brand at Walmart. The recipe of the potato soup isn’t the same.
Would love to see the original BBQ sandwich (cowboy), spud and potato soup come back, they were amazing. The cheaper products are highly acidic and truly taste like something you’d get at Walmart.
This is the second Jason we visited in a week, it’s the same at both unfortunately.

I haven’t been to Jason’s Deli in years… I was so disappointed to pay $13+ for a Rueben that really isn’t a Rueben at all. Nothing is grilled! Then our food just set at the end of the counter for 5 min until I asked the person standing and the register doing nothing if I needed to come pick up my own food.
