They had nothing I asked for for the drinks, either they were pushing or they were lazy, the place was empty and still we were sat(2 of us) all the way to the poorly lit back booths, surrounded by half cleaned tables/booths with stuff on top of them even a purse I assume it belonged to an employee. Table was dirty, they took way too long to serve and nothing made sense, the walls and screens had some offers, the physical menu had others, the tablet on the table had others and the website had others, we were offered nothing in the form of deals or plate of the day. The misses order a cut of meat that was the size a toddler could eat and charged the price an executive could afford, I’m a beer and Burger guy, that is were I thrive. They had no prices for the beers, was not told when asked and the draft and other canned/bottle beers were not available, the burger was poor tasting and assembled horribly, in full honesty it looked old and pulled from the garbage, the presentation as a whole on both plates was just SAD. And I know that burger was not real meat, it was some processed fake junk. I am not returning, GOD NO, my first and last trip to that chain.

Great Birthday Dinner at Outback Steakhouse
I celebrated my birthday today with an old friend who actually shares the same birthday, and we had an awesome experience at Outback Steakhouse. I had the 20 oz ribeye with wings, and both were cooked perfectly and seasoned just right. My friend ordered a chicken and shrimp dish with some great sides and loved her meal too.
Our server, Isabella A., was the highlight of the night. She’s from Peru and was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. She checked in on us often without being overbearing and really made the dinner feel special.
Overall, couldn’t have asked for a better birthday dinner. Great food, great service. If you go, definitely ask for Isabella—you won’t regret it.

I ordered the food in the picture as shrimp and meat. I quickly clicked because I thought there was meat too. I ordered for the dog. It turned out to be only shrimp. I don’t understand why they put a picture of shrimp on top of the meat??? And I ordered broccoli but got long beans instead. Maybe because it was close to closing time, the kitchen got confused. And my dog can’t eat long beans. Terrible.

First, when we entered the restaurant, they had put up a sign on the wall saying it hadn’t passed inspection. My wife and I decided to give it a chance and went inside. As we walked to the table, it was dirty, but they came and cleaned it. We ordered hamburgers and steak, which were good and arrived on time, but there was a problem: the restroom was really dirty. You could see a bunch of tissues on the floor on the way to the restroom, and that wasn’t pleasant at all. It actually explained why they failed the inspection.

Me and my husband came back after a different experience to try again and when we went and the overall experience was amazing we had Anna as a waiter nice and kind and patient and we had tihago the manager who listens to whatever problems we had prior easy to talk to and gives back recommend coming here for a great experience also shout out to Anna for giving the koala

Bloomin’ onion is worth coming here on its own! Perfectly fried and the dipping sauce has a nice zesty kick to it ($11.99 as of 8/2025).
I also took part in their meal deal (I can’t recall but you had several different options at 3 different price points that contains an appetizer, entree and dessert).
I enjoyed the Caesar salad and the cheesecake dessert but the ribs were unfortunately extremely mid since they were very dry. The bbq sauce did nothing to alleviate the dryness unfortunately. I’d avoid the ribs next time I’m here.
The service was prompt and pleasant and once again, I’d come back for the bloomin” onion alone (RIP to my cholesterol). The meal deal they have here is also very generous!

I decided to try out the Outback Steakhouse near me after quite a bit of time had passed since I’d been there. I got the Half Pound Outbacker Burger, which unfortunately I was let down by. The patty was clearly inconsistently cooked, with some pieces not as cooked as the rest which made an unpleasant texture as I was eating it. However the other two people with me had ordered one of their well known steak items and another the salmon dish. The steak was well executed and the salmon although did not look appealing- tasted good. I had noticed for the drinks that they had a new fun refreshing drink that came with a koala duck. As a duck collector, I had to get it once I noticed so I asked for the duck! Which our waiter, who was incredibly kind gave to me. The service was magnificent, she seemed to be one of the only ones and was doing a great job with prompt and friendly service. The atmosphere was a bit dark where they placed us, we had to literally shine our flash lights on our phones to see the menu, so hopefully they can adjust that at some point because it’s inconvenient. So overall, an okay experience, definitely a toss up for dinner if you want to come here.

I had the Filet Mignon with Lobster combo, served with mashed potatoes and asparagus. Everything was excellent — flavorful, well-prepared, and cooked to the perfect point. I was very satisfied with my choice and the overall meal. I would definitely come back if I didn’t live in Europe!

Me and my wife really enjoyed ourselves. After a short 10 minute wait, we were escorted to our table. Our server, Ms. Kim was phenomenal. And I must say, this was the first time I got a well-done steak, so thick and juicy. It was awesome. it has been a while since I had coconut shrimp. Now I want more. They were so delicious.
Don’t get me started on the tall. Thick 6 layer chocolate cake with ice cream.

I must say what a doozie this place is. After staying away for many years we have been back 3 times now in the last year and ALL 3 TIMES were absolutely terrible. After last night’s terrible customer service we will never return. Servers sitting around talking, playing on phones and just not working. Ordered a non alcoholic specialty drink and watched the bartender talking to the servers for 10 mins before he started making the drinks after the order went in. 15 mins and then they bring my 8 year old and ALCOHOLIC drink. They also told me that they didnt have any steak sauces other than A1. How does a steakhouse not have steak sauce? The quality of thos place had gone down tremendously and the wait staff is all terrible. No customer service skills at all. Take your order. Don’t check on you, don’t refill drinks, etc but want that full tip. Insane
