Waited 30 + minutes in drive thru first in line for 4 beefy 5 layer burritos, staff laughing, joking around with each other, I feel bad for the people in line behind me. Got a bunch of clowns working here. I don’t normally leave bad reviews but dam this place deserved one.

The enfield taco bell is the worst. I ordered my food at the drive thru at 5:27. I finally got my food at 5:48. When I asked what the ridiculously long wait was she informed me it was because there was a lot of customers in the dining room. It is dark… your dining room is lit and there are windows… there were 9 people inside and they too were all waiting for food. And if you think that’s a lot of customers i don’t know what to say. I worked in fine dining for years. 10 customers is a closed restaurant. If you’re not fast food get rid of the drive up and cook to order. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Never in my life have I experienced such consistently terrible service, no matter what time of day it is. Seriously, does the photo below look like a cantina chicken taco?
Every single time my friends or I order from here, it’s either completely wrong, missing half the ingredients, or we end up sitting at the drive-thru window for 15 minutes just to get our food. Come on Enfield. Step up your game or at least raise the employee’s pay so that you can hire competent ones.

Terrible experience, all day all I could think about was eating a nice, crispy, crunch wrap supreme, and I decided to drive out to enfield to get one. I spent 8 hard earned dollars, to not get a crunch wrap supreme, but to get a floppy joke of one. There was zero crunch. I am now left disgusted, hungry, and dissapointed.

Since moving to Enfield about a year and a half ago, this Taco Bell has only ever gotten one order completely correct. Tonight my “Cheesy Gordita Crunch” was a Taco Supreme with no tomatoes (good thing, I guess, I hate tomatoes). When I called to let them know about the screw-up, and that they might want to pay a little more attention in the kitchen/pick-up window, the woman on the phone said not to “come at her” because she had just gotten there. At 8:30pm. Just got there……I would go to a different Taco Bell, but the next closest one just isn’t worth the drive, and when you crave the Bell there is no substitute. Short story long, this location will probably screw up your order. I would give 0 stars for service if I could.

My fiance and group of friends came here at 8pm friends got their food first, they forgot his burrito. Then my fiance and I waited 30 minutes with no one else inside and still no food. They claimed our “order got lost” then when it came our whole order was wrong! Chicken chilling instead of his steak, no sour cream with a meal that it was asked for. Don’t recommend unless u wanna come back a hundred times for them to get your order right!

The great thing about this chain is the bang for your buck. Truly can get a very simple meal for $1.29 and for just a bit more, something that’ll fill you up. The food is good and prices fair. Staff is amiable. At the end of the day it’s fast food but it’s one of the best fast food places I’ve been at.

I did not just pay $8 for this burrito. We got the grilled steak burrito and it’s supposed to have toasted cheese all over it but mine just had a little in the middle. There was nothing inside. Barely any steak, I didn’t see rice and both burritos were the same way. I’ve gotten them before from other Taco Bell’s so I know this isn’t how they’re supposed to be. Definitely feeling ripped off.
