I am a huge fan of Whitts. They never disappoint. This location is no different. Service was fast and friendly. Employee at the drive thru was knowledgeable and ready to answer our questions. Didn’t hurry anyone to make up their minds and was on point with every order and got all customizations correct. The food was made fast and delivered to us hot. Everything tasted fresh and was good. My only complaint was that I feel that the portion size was small in comparison to the price of some meals. I am a frequent customer and usually get the same thing with only couple variations….this time I did try something different…and I was not as happy with this particular plate but that is a personal perspective. All in all this location is right in line with the Whitts company and it’s great reputation for great tasting food served to you fast and fresh by their friendly staff in an atmosphere that makes you feel like family. Every visit is always an enjoyable one.

Went through tonight and when I got home, not only was my order wrong, but they packed the sides in sideways and the beans smashed and spilled all over the other food in the bag, and my new car. I recommend checking your bag to make sure this doesn’t happen to you. ☹️

The slab of ribs tasted days old and tough. I was disappointed. I called and talked to someone named max. He made matters worse because of his rudeness saying when you buy ribs you are making a gamble if the ribs will be good or not. This guy max was so dìssapointig. Hey slabs of ribs are expensive and you expect good tender ribs.

This restaurant repeatedly gives my husband a hard time when he picks up our food. I have been in the car , and another time at home with the family, & each time they never want to give him our food , it’s so strange to me because I don’t have these issues —even AFTER he shows the pickup confirmation that DoorDash tells you to show them to confirm your order details. It’s uncomfortable to have a shack full of people talk about you, physically judge you ,overly question you about your meal and pull food back to interrogate you. If my husband , wants to pick up food for his family, he should be able to without the judgment. It’s 2025 Do better. Bc the Mac and cheese taste like literal nothing , creamy water if I may, so that tenacity needs to go in the food not into making supportive customers unwelcomed.

I got the 2 lb. Family meal. While it’s not the BEST BBQ I’ve ever had (Definitely wasn’t the worst) I’m giving it 5 stars for overall value. $50 fed 4 semi hungry people and it wasnt fast food. Definitely a win. Thanks Whitts.
