Social Profile:

Most breakfast & brunch restaurants start with the same script: eggs, batter, coffee & a big ol’ griddle. We’ve found scripts are a lot like pancakes, they’re best when flipped, so we‚re always looking to turn the best breakfast classics upside-down & on their side. Stop by for delicious pancakes, french toast, benedicts, breakfast burritos, oatmeal, breakfast sandwiches, bacon & more! From paleo to vegetarian & vegan or dairy free & gluten free friendly, we’ll happily accommodate food allergies & diets. We want each morning to feel like your weekend & happy hour rolled into one, so our restaurants feature a full bar with alcoholic beverages. From mimosas to bloody marys, margaritas & local craft beers, we’ve got cocktails & brews covered!

Vibrant, retro chain serving a seasonal menu of creative breakfast & lunch fare, plus cocktails.

One of the perfect breakfast/brunch spots in OC!

Parking: This location is in a high foot traffic plaza. Finding a parking spot can be difficult, especially on the weekends.

Ambiance/Environment: It was extremely busy during the weekend. There’s indoor seating, outdoor seating, and bar seating. Every single seat was filled. The booths, tables, and chairs have bold colors of green and orange. Everything is well kept and clean.

Service: Highly recommend joining the waitlist through their rewards app. If you don’t join the waitlist, partner with the host at the podium. I visited on a Sunday afternoon, and I waited about 30 min. You can also walk up to the bar if there’s an open seat. Shout out to Gustavo for being attentive and courteous. Each worker was on top of their game. Throughput was also quick after ordering.

Food & drinks: I ordered a pancake flight, hash brown, and one of their seasonal lattes. The French Toast Latte was sweet but still good. I prefer my lattes sweet, so I really enjoyed this. The hash brown was crispy and seasoned well. The pancake flight comes with three set pancakes, but you can substitute them. I chose the sweet potato pancake, strawberry shortcake pancake, and chocolate ganache pancake (seasonal). I looove their pancakes. They’re airy and filling. The sweet potato pancake sounds intimidating, but it’s not. There’s a subtle hint of sweet potato, but it’s not overwhelming. The strawberry shortcake pancake had fresh strawberries and strawberry drizzle. Literally strawberry heaven. The chocolate ganache pancake was very rich and sweet. This was my favorite pancake bc I love chocolate lol.

Pricing: Prices are as expected from a popular brunch restaurant. Service was amazing, and the food and drinks are delicious. Highly recommend joining their rewards app bc they offer coupons and you earn “jacks” for future savings.

First time here and there was so much stuff on the menu it took me about 15 minutes to find what I wanted!

I chose the shrimp and grits and it did NOT disappoint! They were so flavorful, the egg was perfect (also my first time having a sunny side up egg so I didnt really know what to expect) My shrimp was perfectly cooked, the grits aren’t too gritty, and the veggies are perfect not too spicy either!

We ordered for takeout but it did take quite a bit of time but thats ok because it was worth it! I need to try all of the things on this menu next time!

Had a great breakfast here. Service was great and attentive. Has an old school diner feel but modern in a way. Pancake flight was really good. The Benny duo was delicious as well and the coffee drinks were solid.

Usually, when my alarm snoozes, I tend to delay it and sleep a little longer. But when it comes to Snooze for breakfast, I definitely wouldn’t hit snooze , I’d happily wake up for another visit here!

This was my first visit, and everything we ordered for breakfast was not just good but it was absolutely delicious.

I won’t use fancy AI terminology to describe how amazing the food is. Simply put: the food is awesome.

The Garden Harvest Omelette had a unique and flavorful taste. Instead of the usual spinach and tomato, it was filled with sauteed asparagus, zucchini, red onions, and mushrooms totally a refreshing twist on a classic omelette.

The Protein Egg White Scramble with chicken sausage was equally impressive. I prefer my chicken well-cooked, so I requested that, and it came out perfectly done. The flavors blended beautifully with the healthy scramble, and adding sambal sauce enhanced the taste even more.

When I think of mascarpone, I usually think of tiramisu. But at Snooze, it’s all about the OMG French Toast! Stuffed with mascarpone and topped with their signature homemade vanilla and caramel cream, along with grated coconut. it truly lives up to its name. I won’t go into too much detail because it’s exactly as described on the menu. All I can say is: OMG!

Finally, a big thank you for the complimentary pineapple-infused pancake (or maybe it was passion fruit?). Either way, the fusion of flavors was perfect. One bite and you instantly get that “mmmm” feeling.

My husband has been wanting to take me to snooze for a long time. Finally we came here and was for sure not disappointed. We had a reservation and had to wait for 5 minutes . It was quite crowded on a weekday. The food tasted excellent and the portion size was great. I really love the vibrant atmosphere . The attention to detail and branding was immaculate. The little icon was everywhere , which I really liked .Would definitely recommend.

Had brunch at Snooze and really enjoyed it. The omelet was solid and just as expected, but the crab cake benedict was the standout—way more flavorful than I anticipated. Fresh ingredients and generous portions made it a satisfying meal overall.

It’s very rare for me to write a bad review for a business, especially in the food industry, because I understand how much time, effort, and money people invest. But this time, I have to.
The food was fine, not bad at all, but the customer service was HORRIBLE.
I didn’t come here to spend around $80 just to be rushed through my meal. On a sunny day, with multiple empty tables outside on the patio, my friend and I were pushed to leave because the staff “needed the table.” The guy who checked us out—his name was Deniniel, I believe, a big guy, literally said, “We need the table!?”
It took almost 10 minutes just to get our order and another 10 minutes to eat. This is not a drive-through where you grab a quick bite and leave. Dining out should be enjoyable, not stressful.
I used to trust your service and food, and I brought my friend here for the first time. Instead, you made our time together feel completely worthless.
I will NEVER come back, and I will definitely be sharing my bad experience with others.

This was a great place to go for breakfast. Everyone at the table enjoyed their food. Lots of options with eggs, like omelettes, and carbs, like pancakes and French toast. The service was great. It had reasonable prices. We would definitely come here again.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with a recent take-out order I received. The attached photographs (taken immediately upon opening the container) clearly illustrate the reason for my complaint. The presentation of the dish I received is absolutely unacceptable and does not remotely meet the standards expected of a restaurant of your reputation. The food appeared to have been carelessly thrown into the container. The components were jumbled, spread out haphazardly, and liquids or sauces had mixed in a chaotic manner. The result was a complete visual mess; the dish not only lacked presentation but was frankly unappetizing and unpleasant to look at. The way the food was piled up, with ingredients stacked and sauces smeared everywhere, gave the impression of a sloppy jumble—more akin to pet food than a restaurant-quality plate.

Paying for a meal with such poor presentation and packaging quality is a very frustrating experience. It completely ruins the intention of enjoying a good meal.

$21 for them to turn my potatoes into a carcinogenic pile of crud. Whole breakfast tasted like eating the crumbs that stuck to a charcoal grill. Unreal. I’ve been a regular for years, I stopped going 3x a week bc they can’t keep pork out of my food despite PORK ALLERGY being on every order I place. This may be the last straw for me and snooze.
