This has got to be an episode of Punk’D, right? There’s no way your service is this bad.
We order some pizzas they show up at our house looking like you see below. Both pizzas are barely room temperature. The thin crust edges are burnt. The pizzas are “cut” like …. whatever this is, and the thin crust isn’t even cut through all the way. I could lift most the pizza out and have it not fall apart.
Like fine ok you have some mistakes get out sometimes it happens no big deal. We call to report the issue and the guy on the phone is barely responsive, speaks rudely to my wife, but says they’ll send out a replacement. That never actually shows up and now we’re just left with this barely edible stuff.
What are we doing here?
Unfortunately there’s no actual recourse left as corporate got rid of their complaint line and just kicks it back to the store and the store doesn’t care. So, have this 1 star review and order from anywhere but here next time.

If there was an option of zero stars this location would get it. We order pizza about every other week. The last THREE times our order has been wrong, cold, sliced horribly, and staff has been extremely rude. The employees are completely incompetent. Took 20 min to order three pizzas on the
Phone because Trey couldn’t get them in correctly. Said it would take 35 min. Came an hour later cold, messed up, and a nice hair right on my “bbq wings”(for $19.99) . Save yourself $50 and order from pizza ranch.

I’m extremely frustrated with my experience at this Domino’s location. They canceled my order without ever contacting me no phone call, no text, nothing even though they clearly had my phone number on the order.
Apparently, the reason for canceling was that their delivery area only goes up to 85th Street. I literally live right on the other side of that road I can see 85th from my balcony. Instead of simply calling me or overriding the order, they just canceled it without notice.
To make matters worse, now I have a 5-day hold on my card while I wait for the refund to process. That’s completely unnecessary and avoidable.
What upsets me most isn’t even the delivery boundary it’s the complete lack of effort to communicate. A simple phone call could have resolved this. Very disappointing customer service.

This location has never dissapointed me. Super speedy delivery (I live close). Well-made food. Kind people (one time I messed up somehow and accidentally made them waste their time on making AND delivering a duplicate order) no one was mean or acted frustrated. They told me it was okay, and we all went on with our day. Tip your delivery drivers well because they do a great job. Thanks Dominos, for being a classic standby and thank you to these employees for going above and beyond on my orders.

The tots were my least favorite but loved them being crispy.
The crispy crust on parmesan garlic sauce pizza was delicious. The spicy Buffalo chicken was tender and not too hot.
Parmesan garlic knots were so crunchy and doughy at the same time. And the jalapeños bacon cheese bread tasted so fresh.

On Friday night I ordered a pizza for delivery to a friend’s address. In doing so I inadvertently entered an address on the wrong street. Since we weren’t far away I went to the dominos location and explained the situation. Since the driver had already delivered it they expedited an order to replace it. The place was slammed, but I felt like they went over and above. Kudos on the customer service!

Placed a delivery order for 4 items. 3 arrived. Called immediately to remedy this, and was told store credit or wait 45 minutes for the missing pizza. Refund not an option. Upon opening the mac and cheese that was ordered, I was…confused. a single layer of pasta on a 6″ tray. For you to truly appreciate the scant portion size, I’ll share that I counted the noodles. 28. 28 noodles. The 75% of the order that we received was tasty, but I fear a mutiny from the still-hungry children in the house.

If I could give a 0 I would. Charged twice and hung up on multiple times with no pizza delivered. Third time for us in a row having problems with this location. And nobody cared and told us just to call our bank and dispute the transaction.

i ordered and picked up pizza. before i was about to take a bite, i saw a black curly hair baked into the pizza. DISGUSTING. lost my appetite and never ordering there again. called them and they didn’t answer for 30 minutes. scared if i didn’t see it before taking a bite. NO HAIR NETS??
