I usually have a good experience but everything about this time was not good. I placed a pick up order which originally said it would take 10 minutes. It ended up taking almost 45. I got a text that it was ready, and when I got there, they somehow didn’t have it? The girl at the front was barely talking to me and said okay we’ll make it. I waited another 20 minutes and then I was ready. But I order the sauce on the side and it was on top. I ordered the super greens but they put a bunch of lettuce! The super greens don’t have lettuce, so it completely changes the way my bowl tasted and they didn’t have the Pita in the bag. Just a not great experience all around. Will never order pick up again and will just do it there to make sure things are right and to not wait 45 minutes.

We usually eat here and it’s been pretty good, I’ve still had similar experiences. This time we placed an order for delivery and went to pick it up, l’ve DoorDashed cava before and have had the same experience. The protein and topping was barely anything I’ve had similar experiences with the rice as well. Its not the same when you order there. The portion sizes are so bipolar depending on how you order it which is disappointing. You also get a quarter of the pita bread now which is well a choice for sure.

I love CAVA because I am a doctor of nutrition and the ability to have Mediterranean and vegan options is important. This restaurant has a wide selection of plant foods to choose from helping people get in high nutrient-density! Again, the location is amazing! The food is great, the service is great, and the staff are always welcoming. Casper, Andrea, Kyla, Yuna, and Kymi, are “saucesome”!!!

Kymi is absolutely amazing! She’s always so friendly, upbeat, and efficient every time I visit the Carrollwood CAVA. She remembers customers, keeps the line moving quickly, and makes the whole experience better. It’s so nice to see someone who truly enjoys their job and treats everyone with kindness. Great experience at CAVA. The bowls are always fresh, flavorful, and very customizable — perfect if you want something healthy but still filling. During lunch time rush hour , they always try to nickel and dime you, multiple times they find ways to add extra $ in your receipt. Please double check! I got the chicken and added lamb (which clearly said $3.85) but they added $7.55 on my receipt. When i mentioned somehow they justified that extra lamb is $7.55. ♂️they use the word “extra” to their benefits a lot. In a chicken bowl, if you add lamb, it’s extra ($3.85) but they will charge you as if you getting extra extra.

1st time here and we really liked it. We got the bowls and they were very fresh. Busy, clean place. The dessert bars (brownie and chocolate chip) were so good. Juices are good too.

First time trying CAVA and I ordered the Chicken and Rice Bowl—absolutely delicious. The flavors were amazing, everything tasted fresh, and the portion size was very satisfying. Honestly felt out of this world. I’ll definitely be ordering again. Loved both the taste and the quantity.
