The Burger Man with Best Burgers in America Association loves gizzards. I stopped by and got an order of Gizzards and an order of tater wedges. The gizzards had a great taste but were tough as shoe leather. They are NOT pressure-cooked. Just dipped in flour and fried. Overall, the meal was good, but I have had better tender gizzards than the ones I got at Chester’s.
