This time the service was not so good. It was about 3 tables in the bar section including us. The bartender was slow in taking our order and then messed them up. Also, there was no draft beer because they had no Co2. The mashed potatoes came out luke cold asked to get some hotter mashed they came out the same way. We gave them back and ask them to just heat them up. I’ve been here before and I must say this was the worst time.

My husband surprised me with Outback for the 1st dinner of the New Year!!!!! Definitely great!!! From the Kookaburra wings to the salad, baked potatoes, and Steak….. All fresh, and cooked to perfection ❤️ . One of my best meals from all the Outbacks we go to. That’s a lot . Plenty of extra sour cream, butter, and Blue Cheese. Absolutely so full. Thanks to everyone for making our dinner so wonderful

I got the petite fillet mignon, medium well garlic, mashed potatoes a salad with tangy tomato dressing and of course they always bring their little loaf of bread. Oh there to die for with the butter Yum Yum plus the salad is always so fresh to me. It’s the best salad that I’ve ever got anywhere. The steak was delicious and plus you earned points next time we’ll get a free blooming onion and I also have five dollars off my order. I can’t remember what everybody else got and it’s very convenient for me since I live nearby.

Outback Steakhouse is one of my absolute favorite restaurants. Everything is always ridiculously delicious. This time, I was a little disappointed because I could not enjoy my potato (YOU SEE IT!) I added the toppings just so you could see what all came with my order.

Jasmine and Mina — Outstanding service from start to finish. The front desk staff greeted us warmly, and Jasmine and Mina even offered drinks while we waited for the rest of our party—such a thoughtful touch. They also coordinated comfortable seating for us with a toddler without separating us from the rest of our party, which we truly appreciated.
Our waiter, Daniel, was phenomenal—patient, knowledgeable, and attentive. He knew the menu inside and out and anticipated our needs perfectly.
Daniel also helped with my takeout order, and the food was just as good—served at the right temperature with the correct combo
One extra standout moment: I asked for cocktail sauce to go with my coconut shrimp, and the cook came through. He actually cooled, hand-made a slamming cocktail sauce just for us and even shared his simple recipe. That level of care and pride in the food deserves major kudos.
Every staff member who served the Lathan party deserves recognition. This level of hospitality is rare—please don’t lose this amazing team!

Just me and my mom going to Outback Steakhouse near us and had a good time while we were there. My mom had the Blooming Onion Burger with Coke Cola and I had the Chicken Tender combo with a Dr Pepper. Had an awesome server as well, their name Rasease S, and the food was great, definitely a good to in Baltimore. The potato soup was pretty good. The blooming onion we got was amazing as well.

The wings were super good. Everything else was just okay.. Aside from the food, the reason the rating is so low is the cleanliness of the restaurant itself. We requested swapped tables twice. The one area of the restaurant smelled of urine. The tables were sticky, overall it just seemed as if it needed a deep cleaning.

This is the end of an era. Or maybe the end of an error. Dined here over 100x in last 20 years. My daughter has grown up there from an infant to a graduating senior. This place meant a lot to us. Unfortunately, the service and food quality has diminished greatly since 2019. Think long waits for drinks, steaks cooked totally inconsistently, waitstaff who reeked of freshly-burnt weed. Even though I’ve been to Outbacks all over the country, and this one clearly had problems, it was still MY local Outback and was a place for family memories, so I kept visiting.
Last night was my birthday and I chose it for my big dinner. What a mistake. Walkabout Wednesday? More like Walkout Mad Wednesday. We’ve ordered the 6oz outback sirloin for decades but the waiter was so busy training another kid waiter that they put us down for Filets. Also, they have a computer on the table now and it charged us $3 for playing a really stupid trivia game.
The steak orders have been so crazily inconsistent over the past few years that I remember being very happy last night that they got my medium rare exactly right and the steak had a little more flavor than I remembered. So far, so good.
When the bill came, I questioned it and the waiter just ran to the manager without responding, like a kid might run to a parent. Without me asking to speak to one, the manager came out and was curt and slightly abrasive and told me his waiter heard filets when I clearly said 6oz Sirloin. I paid the bill but wasn’t happy so I asked for the manager again. I told him I would be leaving a review and the experience didn’t sit well with my family, who’d come here for years. He wouldn’t offer a scintilla of a condolence for the mix up and ended with “You’re welcome for the dessert I bought you” which was a piece of birthday cheesecake. He then said he was the owner since…you guessed it…2019. Mystery solved. This place began its dive toward becoming the absolute worst Outback in the US under the current management, and it is the WORST OUTBACK I HAVE EVER VISITED. And I spent thousands buying gift cards at Christmas as well there.
There was a waiter named Chris there for years who was the pinnacle of a great server. Coincidentally, he was let go around…2019.
I’ll choose one of the many other Outbacks in the future, but I won’t play that stupid trivia game again! Thanks for reading. Oh, and thanks to the manager/owner for the cheesecake he bought me with the $45 upcharge I sustained last night, and that includes that horrible $3 trivia game.

We got a four course dinner special for Valentine’s Day but the server stopped coming to our table after the third course. We ended up paying on the table kiosk and leaving without getting our cheesecake. 3 stars for the decent 3 courses we got.
