It shouldn’t be just one person running the store. I had to wait in the parking lot for 30 min after it originally said it would be done in 15.That being said Bacon was awesome and started making my pizza when I arrived. Kiddos to him for handling everything by himself and being loaded down with alot of orders. He needs a raise and more coworkers!!!!

If I could I would give service and atmosphere negative 10. After placing and order at 351pm giving my card info and so on thet said around 30. To 45 min. After an hour and 20 min I called them asking where my order was, they kept telling me I didn’t place with them and must be on the Lakeway store, I explained I had called the same number. They said they would call back, never happened. Will never use Dominos again.

I will find another pizza place to go to from now on. This location used to be good but the fact I waited over 20 minutes for my order at first at the store and then they had me waiting longer in the drive thru for my order. The guy comes to the window to say “sorry but we have to remake all your food and it’s gonna be another 20 minutes but we’ll throw in a soda for the inconvenience. I waited over 30 minutes which means I have waited over an hour for my food now and I get my food and the pizza isn’t even cut thru and I get a small soda for my “inconvenience” do better dominos

Order was ready according to tracker whenwe arrived at window.- after waiting 12 min for woman in car ahead if us to move, or communicate with window attendant .we left.Why process orders with speed only to wait as much time after food is ready to pick up.They could have asked her tonove forward – she sure wasnt going to on her own

Be careful if you order at a hotel. My food was sat in the hallway and left there for almost an hour. No one knocked or called to let me know it was here. Took all the feshnes out of the order. On top of that, they messed up my charge and charged me twice. They did issue a refund that will take up to 6 days to get back. This is the first and last time I will order from this location

I had the best experience at the Domino’s Pizza at 400 West 2nd Street in Gillette Wyoming today. Although my order was running a little later than I was told it would be, all of the staff were super friendly and provided excellent customer service. I am so pleased with my interaction with the staff. The pizza looked perfect like the pizzas on a commercial, and tasted so wonderful! Thank-you to all the staff for making “a late order” such a positive experience! You were all amazing!! I will be back!!
