We recently had the best experience we’ve ever had at IHOP, and I felt compelled to share it.
From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. Everyone was genuinely kind and helpful, creating an atmosphere that made us feel comfortable and valued as guests. It’s rare to find a team that works so seamlessly together while maintaining such positive energy.
However, what truly made this visit exceptional was Toni, who took care of us from beginning to end. She was charismatic, friendly, and incredibly attentive throughout our entire meal. Toni consistently anticipated our needs ahead of time — checking in at just the right moments, making thoughtful suggestions, and ensuring everything was perfect without us ever having to ask. Her service felt natural, effortless, and genuinely caring.
It’s clear that she takes pride in what she does, and it absolutely shows. Experiences like this are what turn a simple breakfast into something memorable. We left feeling appreciated, well taken care of, and already looking forward to coming back.

We as truck drivers on a millitary movement decided to get a sit down meal and as we walked across the street from the Truck stop to eat the party of 6 sat down. The restaurant wasn’t super clean but it was decent. We placed our order our waitress was kind and very efficient. The cook on the other hand was ridiculous. One order of fish wasn’t cooked properly and had to be reordered another order of the tuna melt was ordered with out cheese as a food allergy it was made with and the cooked refused to make another one untill our waitress called the regional manager. One order was ordered with grits and the cooked didn’t want to make those and substituted hashbrowns instead. A Philly cheese steak came out cold and had American cheese that wasn’t even melted. The cook was very disappointing and I wouldn’t recommend going to this establishment. None of my bussiness but a grown man was a sleep wrapped up in a blanket in a booth beside us. I would have expected a Lil more professionalism in this establishment but that is the America we live in nowadays.

The food was delicious and came out quickly, but what really stood out was Sydney’s outstanding service. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience.

The food was amazing and it was fresh and it tasted really good and also about Hannah is she? Would you know ask us if there’s anything else we need but I know it’s like a normal thing you would have to do, but she would be so sweet about it by far. Been coming to this location for years. We always get seated fast by smiling faces. The food is always fresh and made just the way I asked. Hannah is always happy to serve us. She makes sure we have a great visit every time. The omelettes and coffee never disappoint.

Today I got the classic eggs Benedict. Classic to me means with Canadian bacon and not slices of ham. Please change it Canadian bacon. It was okay. My son got the Chicken and Waffles which he enjoyed. Smaller portions of the sides would be great for those who don’t have big appetites and still want to get a side. Service was great and i appreciate that we can pay at the table or up front.

We had such a great experience at IHOP thanks to our waitress, Tiahanna! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Our food came out hot and fresh, drinks stayed refilled, and she had such a positive attitude the whole time. Customer service like hers makes you want to come back. Ask for Tiahanna if you’re dining here!

Jaqueline is a great server. She makes suggestions and gets the order correct in a very personable and efficient manner. She always stays busy and still makes customers feel “at home” and important. She always addresses and satisfies every customer concern. She goes above and beyond her duties. I will request her every time I come to IHOP where the food is great and they “put a smile on (my) face.”

We had an amazing experience with this location. We tried to place a catering order online but it wouldn’t let us because it was less than 24 hours in advance. When we called, the staff went completely out of their way to figure out a solution for us. They were so helpful and accommodating, and we were able to get food for about 30 people with no issues. The service was above and beyond, and we really appreciated the extra effort. Highly recommend! Also shout out to Erica for making this happen!
