This use to be the best McDonald’s there but I come to see when you place an order it’s just better to just make your own food at home you save money and you actually get it done the right way I went through drive through placed my order I looked at the screen it wasn’t worded right I told the lady on the headset twice each time I got you not my choice of words but I trusted she would pass communication ok I paid $20 plus for a order that was wrong lol food was cold fries was half full loaded with salt thst was standing up on them and sandwiches wasn’t right and the nuggets wasn’t fresh I told the lady at the window she then told me I didn’t make it they did and started yelling for someone to come over I looked at her and said it’s ok do not worry about it lol I am one to leave reviews and I hope the owners read this you’ll need to come and see about your stores just place an order inside or out do not take my word for it you’ll see for yourselves

The guy that was mopping the lobby around 9pm Feb 27th rocks. He was very friendly and welcoming. I’m here on a work trip for the next few weeks opening a restaurant nearby and he made me feel very welcomed to South Carolina!

Very clean and efficient. You have to place order at kiosk. All 3 of our orders were perfect. They have a couple of cool tables that light up and fun for kids. Food was good. I recommend.

The fries were great, like old school but not worth the drama. My friend stopped in for a quick snack and quickly decided to leave because the staff (all 15 or so teens) kept running from the kitchen to the parking lot after a pissed off employee walked in. We were trying to leave our fries to walk out into the parking lot between said employee and another another. When we tried to leave, we realized the employee had hit our car. Cops were called, tickets given and turns out kid doesn’t have insurance? As mentioned, fries were good but worth the damn hassle. I understand kids will be kids but when it causes thousands damage to car that nobody will step up to fix, it’s not worth ever visiting again. Do better.

Excellent service. We is there 2 weeks ago on our way driving South and ended up eating there again on our way back north. I recognized the server and she was the same one who had a big smile when we drove down. This was just off Interstate 77.

Was just making a late-night food stop and realized how clean the place was, how quick and kind the service was, and how good (and ACCURATE) the food was. One of the nicest McDonald’s we’ve been to and the staff were awesome. Places that do things right deserve to have that known and this place is worth the mention. Good job!

every time i come to this location its always an issue. this morning i tried to alert the manager when she was dropping an order off in the front and she blatantly ignored me calling her. to then proceed with the conversation she was having with another coworker. another time i came in the morning before my work shift and i got my food just for it to be cold. i try to give benefit of the doubt time and time again but it’s to the point where it’s ANNOYING. i don’t recommend this location if you want people with nasty attitudes when you ask them something. hell over half the time i’ll tell people that’s working drive thru, “have a nice day” and don’t receive no response. just attitude. you decided to want to work at this establishment, the LEAST you could do is at LEAST pretend that you care to have this job. cause not many people don’t have one

They are never putting the correct food in the bag, always missing something and most of the time I check and make sure I’m not missing something. Tonight with kids screaming and tired and hungry I forgot to check, got home and missing a 10 piece, had to drive back up there and they didn’t give me a receipt so they had to check on the computer and finally gave me the 10 pc they forgot. No compensation of having to drive back up there?? No apple pies or anything. Disappointed!!! We don’t care for McDonalds much but for our large family and for a quick meal we have to settle. Only on nights I don’t have time to cook. Do better McDonalds on Dave Lyle!!!

Worst service EVER! Please don’t disturb the workers while they’re having “personal” side conversation. They get angry! Dine in for a super quick breakfast while heading some elsewhere. If they’re going to give you “FULL SERVICE” and and bring your food and beverage; please bring out napkins and straws as well. Everyone there acted like they were bothered when asked for anything. While there for a quick breakfast, we encountered an argument with a worker and a customer. 2 customers walked out due to not being serviced. Not everyone can use the self kiosk. Everyone is hiding in the back and and no one ever wants to be seen bc they’ll be ask for help by customers. HOW DARE THE CUSTOMERS ASK FOR ANYTHING AND MAKE THEM WORK!

They have it set up to where no one can ask for anything. I needed two straws, but no one would come to the front so that I could ask fo them. No communication at all!!! No refills unless you could catch the janitor. My son asked the manager for a refill and she slammed the door in his face. They prioritize the drive thru over any other orders. Everyone had to wait too long for their food without any communication from anyone. The manager sets the tone for the employees so that could be why everyone just ignored the customers. If I can avoid it, I will not eat here again. Its like this every time I go in there. If the manager would come to the front and just communicate what is going on, I am sure the customers would be more understanding.
