I recently had the pleasure of dining at Port Edwards, and it was an experience worth raving about!

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The live music added such an entertaining and lively touch to the evening without being overwhelming — it truly elevated the whole dining experience.

The food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the steak, and it was cooked perfectly — tender, flavorful, and seasoned just right. Every bite was incredible. My fiancé chose the pork chops, and they were just as impressive — juicy, well-prepared, and packed with flavor. The raspberry crème Brulé was absolutely delicious and the perfect way to cap off the evening You can tell the kitchen really cares about quality.

On top of that, the service was fantastic. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the night.

If you’re looking for great food, excellent service, and a fun atmosphere with entertaining music, Port Edwards is definitely the place to go. We’ll absolutely be back!

I had heard wonderful things about Port Edward from friends and family members. I chose to celebrate my anniversary with Sunday brunch. The restaurant decor was reminiscent of the seafood restaurant of my childhood on Long Island. Reclaimed wood and chunky beams, picture windows overlooking the Fox River. And forget other Sunday brunches. The offerings are vast, high quality and wonderfully presented. Cajun Tilapia, steamship round, delicious oysters, and the best gravlax I have ever tasted. The champagne was light, refreshing and bottomless. Excellent value for the price. Just make sure you come hungry and leave room for the bread pudding. The service was warm, efficient without hovering and everyone genuinely seemed to like their job. I can’t wait to go back.

The atmosphere and service are so great here! I love the beautiful backdrop of the Fox River and I love how they carry the marine theme throughout the restaurant. Every time we’ve been here the service has been exceptional. The food is simply delicious. We both had a filet and added a lobster tail since we were celebrating and splurging a bit! The food was definitely worth the money and we really enjoyed this meal that was more like an experience. We will be back in the near future!

Literally the best cod sandwich I have ever had. Quiet, peaceful lunch. We had super tasty tuna wonton (like a mini poke bowl in a wonderfully crunchy wonton wrapper), crab cakes, a cod sandwich and a grouper sandwich (blackened, of course). We tried a few of their cocktails and a white claw. Waitress recommended the algonquin princess. We do too. Lol could not speak highly enough. Great staff. Fun decor. Awesome food.

Great spot right on the water. Busier during the summer but a littler slower during the winter months. Great food with a bar that faces the water. Onsite parking and boat spots. Many different cocktail specials and a happy hour.

Worth the stop if in the area!

We were on branch and of course it was not all menu. But the buffet was really tight in options. Beef was all fatty outside and red inside – there was no “gold” middle. They have not bad soups and fish. But the paella was dry and oysters had plain taste, like shrimps too. Fruits and desserts were tasty and with options to choose. It used to be a crab clusters included. And when we did reservations lady told that they still have it unlimited. Unfortunately they were for extra!

The wild caught Alaskan fish was absolutely delicious, and the scallops on the side were perfectly cooked. Every bite was full of flavor. The restaurant itself has a wonderful atmosphere, and we left feeling completely satisfied with the entire experience.

I ante there and was so disappointed.
I had 3 glasses of wine, ordered a cup of clam chowder that was nothing to write home about ( canned chowder would have been better) and proceeded to order a plater consisting of calamari, shrimp and seafood stuffed mushrooms, it was awful. I complained and told them the calamari wasn’t edible. They took my plate and said they would fix the problem, 10 minutes later the waitress returned with original shrimp and mushrooms, very cold at this point and it was room temperature. I waited to get the calamari and it never came. I had had enough and ask that they removed the seafood plater from my bill. The manager asked if he could personal make the seafood plater for me, how ridiculous is that, try reheating seafood. He did take the $30.00 plater off my ticket , that was reasonable. I wouldn’t suggest going there for quality seafood. Staff seemed to be into personal conversations and not tending to the customers. The food was good at all. It’s sad that restaurants are lacking in good food and a quality experiences. I’ll probably stick to going out for social experiences and cook myself. This is an epidemic, many restaurants I have been to are just terrible quality and not worth going to eat at and certainly not for the money it costs. So sad!
