Great atmosphere, great people, and tremendous food. The bread and the accompaniment should be a food group by itself.

This restaurant is fantastic. Dominic was our server and he was prompt and hospitable. The food was absolutely delicious! I took my mom there for Mothers Day and it was most definitely an experience to remember. We met the owner, Roberto and he was very personable and kind. Will most definitely be going back!!!

We came in on a busy weekend. The restaurant was completely full. The hostess let us know there would be a wait for a table. Once a table was available the staff immediately cleared the table and set it for us to sit down. The staff and our hostess were extremely nice. We ordered our food and it was served quickly. The atmosphere is nice here, the food is fantastic and the staff is top notch. If I’m back in Youngstown I will definitely be back at Roberto’s. Thanks again to the staff and our hostess, it was an enjoyable experience coming to your establishment.

Since my hubby knows I LOVE authentic Italian food. He made reservation for us on Mother’s Day. Food was great, I had the lasagna with sausage sauce, he had the parmesan chicken and the kids had the spaghetti with meatball. Our waiter (sorry can’t remember his name) was outstanding! There was live entertainment too, although it could be loud at time especially since we was near the speaker, I though was a nice touch.

It has a nice atmosphere. I was surprised that it didn’t have more gluten free selections. Vernon’s Cafe among other competition have fantastic gluten free options. Those of us that have to do gluten free, or have friends that have family that have to do gluten free, network and send business to gluten free establishments. For such a great place, they have limited themselves to from a huge demographic. I was impressed with the owners and surprised by this.

Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to this great restaurant!! I had calamari for an appetizer and the pan seared scallops for the main course. For me personally, I would get the sauce for the calamari on the side. As it was just me, I couldn’t eat them fast enough and the sauce tends to take away the crispness of the fried calamari, just a preference as they are excellent. As for the scallops… By far the best I’ve ever gotten at any restaurant!! I noticed the meatballs on someone else’s table and inquired if they were homemade… silly question… and can’t wait to go back and try them too. You’ll thank me for going!!

Food was terrible, pasta served cold in a clump, took back and it came back warm. My grandsons meatballs were cold as were my nieces’, server was ok. But service was slow. Really only thing good was the wine, and really they were out of the one I liked! Much to be desired I feel and QUITE disappointed, Never to return

Had a wonderful meal..wait staff on point and the singer brought you back yo days gone by..only complaint was a large group of women who sat behind us they were loud and obnoxious made it hard to hear the singing or even talk with my fellow diners at my own table!

Food wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t amazing either. The ribeye was well cooked and seasoned with a side of lumpy risotto and broccoli. Portions are decent. Restaurant is very dark. Party in the basement was even darker. Folding tables to accommodate. Good location downtown near hotel. Outside seating for those who smoke.
