Great server and atmosphere, but not so much of the food. The chicken is very bland and relies heavily on the sauce to redeem the taste. The fries are also the same deal. The toast however is very good; unarguably the best I’ve ever had. I have not had this food in over 6 years, and 6 years later I am still very underwhelmed behind the hype of this fast food chain.

Went in for a quick meal after work and the experience was pretty solid overall. The place was busy but the line moved at a decent pace, which I appreciated. Staff seemed a little rushed but still polite and got the order right. Food came out hot and tasted about what you’d expect from a fast food spot, nothing fancy but satisfying. Fries were fresh, burger was put together well, not messy. Seating area was mostly clean, though a few tables needed wiping. Prices felt fair for the portions. I’d come back again when I need something quick and easy.

This location used to be one of the best in Omaha but lately it’s gone downhill. They cannot seem to understand what UNsweet tea means and they get it wrong every single time, even when I verify at the drive thru. I ask for extra crispy fries and they don’t seem to listen and they just serve you whatever stale fries they have left. They consistently forget things and this location gets so busy you can’t go back and get it fixed without waiting another 20-30 minutes. Do better!!!

Everything was good but the best part was the young lady, Rayne, who served us. She was helpful and patient while we ordered and helped the kids make decisions. Then she brought our food out to us at the table. I was concerned we’d missed hearing our name but she assured me she just wanted to bring it to us. You are lucky to have a great employee who treats your customers so well!

come to this store if you want stale food and your order made wrong. i drove my pregnant self to get some canes at 2:30 am because why not? get there, long line, not their fault they’re busy. anyway, pull up to the speaker box and order a 3 finger combo extra fries extra sauce. awesome great im excited for my food. pull up to the second window and pay, chill nice guy, having a good time, cool. anyway hop on the road to drive home. i get into my house sit on my lovely couch and open the bag to find my extra sauce, but my fries missing. ya know what cool they were busy, it’s not like i paid for the extra fries but it’s fine, then i open the small container expecting to see my missing fries. what do i see? a sad, singular extra chicken tender. i cry, pregnancy brain takes over. i get over it because im not gonna sit and cry over spilt milk, then i go to eat the fries i DO have (unfortunately) because when i bite into a flat and hard fry i toss it to the dog to finish eating because im not gonna waste it. but imagine my surprise when i go to eat the rest of them and they’re ALL LIKE THAT. okay, cry some more, get over it. moving onto the chicken. i expect steaming hot juicy chicken, but im greeted by lukewarm, dry chicken. mood= ruined, pregnancy craving= not fulfilled, doordash= open cus im not wasting my gas to drive all over omaha. im very sorry to my dog for putting him through the emotional stress of eating a singular stale fry, then i apologize to myself for not checking the contents before driving off. anyway, please don’t piss anymore pregnant ladies off and please put peoples orders together correctly (preferably with non-stale food items) thanks tho!

Food was fine but when I went to get an order the manager in the back was actively screaming at an employee like bro needs to chill out you work at canes. Supposedly it was the employees first day and they just messed up an order. Ridiculous, why do you need to chew someone out in front of customers.

It’s a Cane’s so they all get the same rating regardless of where I go. I used to live in NOLA , the home of these terrible chicken fingers and I’ll say it every time, this is a worse Zaxbys. Canes sauce is literally ketchup based, the crinkle fries are basic and the best thing on the menu is the garlic bread. I’ve been 1 time since I’ve moved back home after leaving the service and it was as sub par as always. Since we don’t have Zaxbys If you want good chicken, go to Popeyes. Churches did open up recently too!

Placed my order at 5:00 pm for delivery at 6:30 pm. At 7:15 pm the food still wasn’t delivered. No one took responsibility for the missing order, so I just canceled it. Won’t bother to order from this place again. They clearly don’t need my money. You lost a good customer.

This is my first time here. I bought Fries (bland with no seasonings), chicken fingers 3 count combo with sandwich & a 4 count fingers box. The customer service was great and the ambiance was good.
Regarding the food & flavour, I must say it was a disappointment because I did not find them to have a special flavour for their brand. What we ideally call ‘the signature’ flavour or taste of a food brand. In my opinion, the only thing added to the Chicken was salt!
The staff are very polite and nice to interact with & the location is good with some nice decor.
