I order one large pizza with two toppings (pepperoni and Susuag), but they skim out on the toppings and hardly put enough on the pizza. There’s like one inch of crush around the pizza with nothing on it. Lousy place..do not orders anything from this location.

Carolyn is the manager of this location and she was terrible to deal with this evening nor did she care if my order was late. I called in at 430 when my order was supposed to be delivered for my daughter’s first birthday party, and it wasn’t here. When checked tracking it showed it was still being made, so I called I asked when it would be ready she said 25-30 minutes. Called back 25 minutes later still in the same status, even though she said she would priotize it. Then when I called back she said she didn’t know when it would be done, had to cancel my order and find another option before my guests arrived. Will never do business there again, didn’t even get an apology or anything!

I have never met a worse manager, such a horrible rude man that couldn’t own up to his coworkers mistakes. I had ordered from this location. There were no sauces, no peppers, no paper wrapping the order and it wasn’t even cut, the worst service and the nastiest impotent manager. When I brought up the condition of the food, he was such a spiteful petty person that he couldn’t believe that he had screwed my food up that he had the audacity and the arrogance to ask for it back to see the food as if he hadn’t approved the order to go out. Do not give this place business or service. Horrible experience and missing components, $40 wasted will never order from this location again.

Normally my boyfriend and I never had any bad reviews but today we found a long blond hair in our pizza I ate 2 pieces packed 3 for lunch and he had 3 for himself. He took one bite and here comes a long strain of hair lost his appetite after that.

Ordering from here is usually great. I feel like they forget to add the extras from orders when they are added on the order(i.e. add extra sauce, extra sausage, and more). Also lately I’ve been noticing my deliveries do NOT have the quality seal to ensure the pizza was not tampered with by deliveries or doordash.

My family regularly Orders, Papa John’s about twice a month. We’ve been eating from this pizza place consistently for the last eight years. Last night was the first mistake. I’ve seen that entire time. The team very quickly rectified the mistake and we were able to get everything taken care of quickly. I think as regularly as we go, the fact that it took this long for there to be a mistake is pretty spectacular. Great job Papa John’s team, forgive me for not remembering the name of the lady who had helped me out. Keep making awesome pizza!

Yesterday was about 22° out. Lots of wind.
I ordered for delivery. Delivery chick only had on a (branded) hoodie and said “it’s too cold to be doing this. It’s like Alaska out here. I can’t believe we have to do this.”
It’s like Minnesota out here, not Alaska. It’s a job you don’t have to do anything, having this job is your choice. Not wearing a coat or a hat is a choice. Find a new job.
Also asked for well done pizza because they are always undercooked and yet again undercooked pizza. At least I can heat up at home.

Please stop having doordash deliver. This location is usually great when pizza is delivered through papa John’s drivers. However, I got my first delivery that was given to a DoorDash driver. This man took 5 wrong turns that added an additional 15 minutes onto the delivery time so the pizza was cold because they do not have pizza bags. On top of this, this man carried the pizza boxes VERTICALLY! It was a cold mess. I would rather wait longer than deal with that again.
