CATFISHED AGAIN. Their menu pics will getcha. This is why 98% of the time I only go to McDonald’s for drinks , specifically their sweet tea. On occasion an order of fries or a breakfast item a few times PER YEAR … Their food just isn’t good. In town from Texas and decided to try the
hot honey chicken sandwich. Didn’t know it existed. Yuck. The sauce tastes so odd and artificial tasting. I don’t recommend!

Horrible experience! The lady running the drive thru disnt properly shut all my contents so stuff was leaking out and she forgot my sauce with my chicken nuggets. That really disappointed me. I called and do they answer their phones? NOPE!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. CANT PROVIDE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE JUST HORRIBLE. DONT GO ON A WEDNESDAY NIGHT. THE GIRL WITH A NISE RING I BELIEVE DOESNT DO HER JOB RIGHT AND LOOKS REALLY UNHAPOY THERE. SHAME ON YOU MCDONALDS. when we ordered the lady couldn’t even make out what was being said so she got the order wrong. Thank goodness I was keeping an eye on it. Just dont come here. It’s a horrible experience. You dont get what you pay for. Laziness.

He literally took 10 minutes to scan my card and then when I asked for a small fry for the inconvenience he says no I can’t do that. It’s crazy how just a tiny bit of kindness for the inconvenience is beyond his capability. But I know for a fact that employees take home hella food at the end of the night.

Definitely one of the worst McDonald’s locations. The staff is rude as can be. They don’t pay attention to you when you order they forget items constantly and the food quality is horrible. Every time I’ve gotten food here they give me what seems like old food. Last time I went I ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal and the patty of the burgers were literally thinner than a French fry. They were super dry and stale and thin. The fries are always cold a the drinks are always bad. Do not recommend.

Leave it to people to ruin things. I did give this McDonald’s at least four stars at one point but now I’m dropping down to two stars because now they want to charge for sauce and I have been eating here for a long time and always got an extra sauce I guess customer service is out the window as usual.

Solid crew at 2:45 am today. 15 minutes before closing and my 2 spicy mcchickens tasted amazing. I called over the phone and they confirmed they accept tap to pay.

Staff was rude and dismissive. Had to wait 5 mins to get food after we paid at the first window since the employees on shift were sitting in the office. I would not recommend coming here.

Order my food,Sat for a half hour while everyone after me got their food,asked for my food and the so called manager was Not interested,I was told to talk to the manager and when I asked he said I’m the manager,then he proceeded to say I just got back talk to them???? really, really bad service wasted 30 40 minutes waiting on my order and never got it time I will Not get back,the Lack of empathy and care for someone else is time and money,Shame in this place I Would highly recommend That You Do Not Support these “Business”Save Yourself a headache.

Edit: I have a video of three people buying , selling, and using fentanyl in front of this business. The manager refused to call the police.
Every time I come here, I am accosted by homeless people. A homeless man with an axe was harassing me in the morning before the sun came up. A homeless man sitting in the drive through started shouting racial epithets at me when I spent as little time here as possible, ordering one item for lunch using the app and the drive through.
When the man with the axe accosted me, none of the employees would call 911. “We don’t call 911, we just call security.” I am not going to be eating here ever again when things are this bad.
