First time having lunch in this restaurant as I was in Chelsea. It is the same caliber than Cecconi’s.
I will recommend the garlic focaccia, pizza Parma ham, brocolis, pasta carbonara, pasta bolognese and even the expresso!
Next time I will try the Nutella pizza as desert … it was too much for this time

Elmar was fantastic during our visit to Mucci’s. He was friendly, helpful with recommendations, and made us feel completely taken care of without ever hovering. The food was great, but his service really made the experience. If you go, ask for Elmar he is the best!!!!!

I really enjoyed my first to Mucci’s. We booked this place the day before as we wanted to have dinner after visiting the Chelsea winter village. We chose it for its Italian choices and also good reviews. We are glad we had a very good service and very good food. I am quite certain this is the best carbonara I’ve had in the UK so far – only down side is it was served slightly cold. The pizza my husband took was amazing. The atmosphere was bustling and fun. Appreciated the limoncello on the house as per Italian style. Will be back !

Had a wonderful dinner tonight for my partners birthday! Amazing food (recommend the carbonara and pizza), delish wine, unreal dessert and shots on the house. They made a fuss at the end for his birthday which I loved without me even saying anything on the day! The service was wonderful, can’t belive as a local I hadn’t gone sooner!

A few weeks ago, for the first time we visited this place for dinner on a Friday evening. When we entered to this good looking restaurant in the corner, we were welcomed politely, atmosphere felt good. We had our wine, starter, and started our main… Food and wine were good, waiters were well dressed, polite, kind… Everything felt good until the moment when in the middle of the restaurant in front of the customers someone underdressed was telling off one of the well-dressed waiters rudely. When that happened for the second time, it became clear that undressed man was actually the owner. I found his behaviour unaccpetable. First of all, no employee – even if he was new – deserved to be treated like that. On the other hand, humiliation in 2026 and in London is definitely not a way to manage. I do not feel I will ever want to come back to this restaurant despite the food and the service given by the employed waiters were very good. Such a shame! Wishing all the best for the employees!

I had an outstanding experience at this Italian restaurant. From the moment I walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere made me feel right at home. The staff was friendly and attentive

The food was the real star of the evening

Overall, this restaurant combines exceptional food, warm hospitality, and a cozy ambiance. Whether you’re looking for a romantic night out or a relaxed dinner with friends, this is one place you’ll want to return to again and again.

Highly recommended!

Not just a meal, an experience! The food was excellent and a great selection of wines. Lovely interior and outdoor seating. The whole place has been finished with care and thought. Staff excellent, attentive friendly and knowledgeable. The owner Mr Mucci walked around and spoke with everyone and entertained us! Look forward to going back.

The Tonnarelli Carbonara was rich and properly al dente, and the Tagliatelle Bolognese tasted slow-cooked and comforting. We also shared the Burrata from Andria to start, which was fresh and creamy. The Margherita pizza had a light, crisp base with good-quality mozzarella. Service was friendly without being overbearing, and the atmosphere felt relaxed but still lively. Overall, a solid Italian spot in Chelsea.

Unbelievably slow service and incorrect billing. Extremely disappointing dinner.

My partner booked this restaurant over a month in advance for Valentine’s Day which was at the beginning of January.

We had to give a £25 per person deposit. Despite this, we had to wait 30 minutes to be seated with barely an apology or acknowledgment. I understand it was a busy evening, I have worked in numerous hospitality settings myself, but the level of delay for a pre booked table is unacceptable.

When we were seated, the service didn’t get better. We waited another 10 minutes just to have our drinks and food order to be taken. My meal arrived 45 minutes later, and my partner’s didn’t arrive until a further 20 minutes after that. Being left to sit
with food while my partner had nothing was frustrating and ruined our special evening.

The pricing was insane, it was £19 for some cocktails and more. Which is something you’d expect in places like Soho or Knightsbridge or cocktail bars, not in this low key restaurant.

When we tried to order desserts from one of the waiters (as no one approached us, we had to wave to a member of staff) , he said ‘ I will get my colleague to come over to you’, we waited another 20 minutes, no one came for us. We asked for the bill.

Our bill included a drink we did not order, and no effort had been made to acknowledge or compensate for the extremely poor service. When I asked for the service charge to be removed, I was questioned as to ‘why’, which given the circumstances, was super surprising.

We also noticed multiple other tables are near us had severely long delays to, so it wasn’t us waiting for ages. We could hear numerous couples complaining.

When we were leaving, we thanked the staff and received no response. Not even a “thank you” or “goodnight,” which added to the overall poor impression.

It was a very disappointing evening from start to finish. I do not recommend this place, we’ve had multiple better service in independence pubs in Surrey, that are in the middle of nowhere, that values customers and provides a professional standard of service.

Excellent food – tuna tartare and arancini were both spot on as starters.
Main courses the sea bream was perfectly cooked, my buffalo pizza was delicious.
Atmosphere was great.
Highly recommended.
