Service definitely could have been better. Once we were acknowledged, the cashier was helpful. I was using a coupon with the mobile app, and he helped me adjust my order to make the coupon work. I switched a shake for a sundae.

Our order was placed on a shelf, and they walked away, so nobody was there if we had any issues. I ended up with the shake and not the sundae. But I just let it go.

There wasn’t any salt or ketchup at the drink station, so I had to go to the counter for it. At least 2 people behind the counter looked directly at me (with my napkins in-hand), but they continued with orders they were working on. Finally, the lone cashier came over and asked how she could help. It may have taken about 5 minutes.

Our food was decent, but my husband didn’t have the onions he requested on his cheeseburger.

The music in the restaurant was also loud, and the restrooms were out of paper towels and needed to be serviced. It was about 11:30 and lunch rush hadn’t hit yet.

Management and staff do not understand customers are not required to move out the line and park to wait for food so that their “drive times are good”. Embarrassing that self service comes before customer service and that as a result made all the food poorly and incorrect to display their frustration in understanding such basic principles

Another great experience at this location with outstanding service and fresh and tasty breakfast. Today I ordered the Steak McMuffin which is just as delicious as the Steak egg and cheese bagel. Spoke to the manger Shay and commended her for outstanding customer service from todays morning crew. She makes a difference when she is there and I made sure to tell her that! Customer service goes a long way!

The night shift at this McDonald’s needs serious attention. Every night after the main managers leave, the service slows to a crawl—lines stretch to the road, employees can be seen standing around talking instead of working, and customers wait excessively just to place an order. They often claim to be “out” of most menu items, which feels more like avoiding cooking than an actual shortage. Tonight I waited 35 minutes for a fry and a sweet tea and nearly ran out of gas while watching others wait even longer. For a busy location that’s open all night, this level of service is unacceptable and needs immediate management intervention.

I’m an Uber driver and we constantly have to wait long times at window while workers drag their feet (literally) around the restaurant and if it’s even 3:45 am, they REFUSE to make and lunch orders that come through the system, claiming that they don’t have any dinner food left due to getting ready for breakfast. I even tried to speak to Manager tonight because I drove 20 minutes to get here so the order came in about 330 and it should have been ready. Not only did the customer not get any food, I didn’t get paid for my drive here or the 30 minutes I had to spend on the phone with Uber to get the order canceled! With the exception of one or two night, staff is completely rude, slow, and they make it hard for us drivers on DoorDash or Uber to make any money! It affects us and the customers, so why is it not affecting their jobs?management should really take a look at all these reviews on here and do something about this!

I have to tell you, I had to triple check to see what restaurant I was in while dining in with you guys. The employee was very thoughtful an ls attentive to everyone in the lobby and those dining in along with taking care of the customers waiting outside. Very communicative and demonstrating beyond excellent service. I don’t want to say that this is abnormal for McDonalds but if this is the direction you guy are going, this store is an exceptional model to reflect your other stores after!! Great job!!

Was given moldy food, always told to pull forward. Food is never fresh, employees have attitudes, never worth going. Save yourself time and money and don’t go to this location! Dirty and always guaranteed to make you angry someway somehow! Still have yet to receive money back from corporate (shocker) even after getting a moldy sandwich….

Only have ones because you have to select something. Unorganized, slow, Waited over 45 mins for an order they still got wrong although they appeared to be fully staffed. Asked for a refund more than once and they kept saying my order was almost ready. Wasted my time and money! PLEASE DO BETTER.
