The new girl they have working today does not know how to make sandwiches or wrap them the white paper pose to stay with the sandwich she throws them away if you want toppings for your sandwich get someone else to do it she will only give u 2 peppers or pickles and leave have stuff off also she is not very clean she always scratching her nose or rubbing her hair when shes not there me and my family will go back please learn her how to do things

This is ridiculous! I order from here probably every other week, apparently they don’t read their orders when they come in. I pay $2 Xtra for Xtra meatballs and sauce on a TOASTED sub and get a flimsy little sub with maybe 6 meatballs, cold as hell for $11! This place needs to do better!! Was disappointed that they were still trying to serve brown lettuce to customers. The person in front of me even told them notnto give her sny lettuce from that pan. Otherwise the food was as expected. Server was in s hurry to go home ut was likely frustrated due to the bad customer that was complaining about no salt and pepper in restaurants anymore..

I went in today to order a sandwich when I walked in. I saw 3 employees standing behind the counter. When I walked through the door they scattered and went back behind a wall. I could see around to see that they were all talking and on their phones. All three girls looked me in the eye.At least once while I was standing with my hands in my pockets, waiting to be served. When one finally decided to come out and make my sandwich when she laid the chicken, on the bread, it was immediately bombarded by three flies to which she just swatted away. Not her fault, I know, but disgusting nonetheless. As she continued to make my sandwich flies came and went throughout the entire process. I have been in multiple times before, and it’s never been an issue. Maybe I was just having a bad day, but yeah, the utter disregard for me standing behind the counter, waiting for me for them to take my order while they cackled on their phones aggravated me to no end.

Ordered 2 subs an a pizza the counters was not cleaned very unorganized an had toppings that we didn’t ask for on our sandwich from being in the containers had so much pepper was unreal! Could not even feed my kids it because it was so bad will not be back! Let’s just say supper was ruined. Definitely need to contact manager

A my first visit to this location was great. Everything had been cleaned and it was nice and fresh. This visit however was completely different. The two people working the counter we’re talking to each other and they didn’t stop when we came up. The sneeze guard was not clean. The preparation surfaces were not clean. The tables were not clean. So now this wasn’t a good experience at this time. I hope they do better in the future. I was hoping this was the go to subway station for me

This Subway is always good and fresh. I typically don’t eat Subway because I never really liked their bread, but here lately, I have found myself ordering from them lately. It is fresh and yummy. At least the one in KM is……

They have a friendly staff and that place is always clean.
They can have me in and out with enough time to get back to work and enjoy.

Our first few visits we’re good. Now there are new employees who clearly have not been trained to make wraps correctly. We have been three times now and they can’t get such a simple thing right. Please train your employees in cleanliness and proper food preparation. We live 2 miles from there but we will drive to the other one in KM.
