We got here just before they stopped serving breakfast and we’re glad we did (though the lunches looked good).
The staff was friendly and service was good. It’s not a place that would draw you in for some kind of special ambiance; it is what it is — a small-town diner kind of place. Which is good. Lots of flannel, locals, and workers.
The food was delicious and filling. I would especially recommend the biscuits and gravy and maple bacon.

Great roadside diner. We ordered at the window and sat outside on the benches. Super friendly staff. Had the Ruben Sandwich, some onion rings, mozzarella sticks and fish and chips.
Ruben was great! Nice portion size, crispy and buttery bread with gooey cheese, plenty of meat and perfect balance of sauerkraut and dressing.
Onion rings were nicely breaded and sweet on the inside. Mozzarella sticks were standard, meaning fried sticks of yummy and delicious cheese.
For a roadside spot, it’s great. Exactly as you would expect. Feels very locals oriented.
Would go back if I was in the area.

09/15/25 – Went solo for breakfast… sat at the counter. Easy small town vibe. Friendly service and met & talked with an elderly couple… very nice! Food was hot & tasty!
09/20/25 – 3 of us went for an early dinner. I had the Bacon Cheeseburger w/ Fries and Moose Tracks ice cream for dessert. All were delicious!

We stopped here as we were passing through and the food was so good. We split the maple bacon burger, and we both absolutely loved it. The maple and black raspberry twist was also delicious, but I think the maple was better. Would recommend.

Nice little place, friendly service staff and homey feel. Love the corned beef hash! Price is very reasonable.. the only thing I really don’t like is they added “non cash adjustment” onto the bill. But we were planning on paying with cash so at that point might as well using credit card. I almost didn’t notice it.

Passing by this Cute little country dinner while visited near by covered bridges. Best creamy clam chowder that I had ever had! Hawaiian Vermonter was tasty with grilled pineapple and fried chicken and come with sweet potato fries. Maple and black raspberry soft cream are awesome! The food is reasonably priced.

Best fish and chips, HOME MADE onion rings, and HAND CUT fries I have had – ever. Chicken pesto sandwich was constructed by kitchen Pros. 3 good cooks and 2 pro waitstaff. 1.5 hours from my house but I will be a regular now. JUST REAL (REALLY) GOOD FOOD.
