I usually love long horn but if I order online it’s no reason I have to wait 45 mins for my order to be remade, but was told it would be 10 mins. Then when asked for something for my inconvenience you take off a dollar when I already paid. Literally late for work waiting for food and they didn’t care.

Food was ok. Service was slow. Stood at the front for a while waiting for someone to greet us and to be seated. Staff was looking instead of helping. Young lady that had just arrived for her shift sat us without clocking in. Asked for condiments and the waitress kept “forgetting” what I asked for. Took too long to receive the condiments and the restaurant was not busy.

This dining experience was a 3-star visit overall. It was my first time dining here, and unfortunately the steak preparation did not meet expectations.
I ordered my steak medium-well, but it arrived medium and overly salty. After sending it back, the replacement came out well done, but it was too tough to eat, which was disappointing.
Service was also lacking. Our waiter, Greg, did not check on us regularly, and this made it harder to address the issues during the meal.
With better consistency in food preparation and more attentive service, this could have been a much better experience. I hope future visits improve. 12/20/2025

Long pour perfect margaritas, lived up to its name.
Parm crusted shrimp good, onion good.
Asparagus yum. Steak good.
Salmon dry, rice gooey. Didn’t taste bad, but texture a little…..meh.

We walked right in with no wait. The Restaurant was fairly clean and the food was good. The server was very disorganized. Will likely give them another chance.

Me and my daughter got food poisoning from here on yesterday. We ate lunch together from here on yesterday and both were throwing up sick all night. No one else in my house got sick except us. I informed the manager but he didn’t seem too concerned. I eat here at least once a week but sad to say I don’t think I’ll be back. I’m scared to eat here now.

Place was a mess. Ordered a loaded potato and got this dab of toppings. Yet they charge for that hefty. My friend ordered a $32 steak that was half grizzle. When I said something about it to the waitress she went to talk to the manager Brian who obviously didn’t feel we should get a discount. So charge out the ass an d get half the serving. Great manager NOT!!!! But the waitress was nice. Service was slow though! And it wasn’t packed at that hour. Didn’t feel at all like we got our money worth. Left Robbed!
