This place should be called Golden Coral not Long Horn Steak House. I was just here on a Sunday afternoon, the service was horrible! Employees cared more about their own drama and stories than service. It was obvious the back of the house does not care either, the steak was tasteless and the mashed potatoes were cold.
I sat at the bar and had a front row seat to work place drama and the uncleanliness of the kitchen. GROSSSSS! no one cleans a damn thing here. I thought for a Darden Brand Restaurant they had standards. Guess Not. I’m not going back here!
Go somewhere else! Cost of going out to eat is high and you should have at least decent service and a good tasting meal. This place is far from that!

My family and I had such a great experience thanks to our server, Gianna! From the moment we sat down, they were warm, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. She knew the menu inside and out, offered great recommendations, and checked in at just the right times without ever being intrusive. Our drinks were always full, the food came out perfectly, and her positive energy really added to the whole evening. You can tell she truly care about giving guests a great experience. My salad was good but seems like they have shrunk the amount of fruit. My husband and friend said their steaks were good, but my other friends steak was almost all fat. She hardly ate any. No water refills were offered,bother than that service was fine

Not a high end steakhouse but always has good quality steak. The outlaw steak (22 oz) was a good size at a fair price. This particular location could be updated. Good idea to make a reservation, as a walk-in, waited 45 min on the weekend. Good selection of signature sides. Bar seating at property.

Stopped in for dinner on a Thursday evening and they were rather busy, but since it was just me, I sat at the bar. Service was very good. Food came out promptly and was very fresh and tasty. My filet was cooked perfectly to temperature! The shrimp that came with it was very tasty and fresh as well. Their mac & cheese was awesome!
This place is sooo much better than Texas Roadhouse!!! Still not understanding the draw to TR, but I would choose Longhorn over it, especially since I’ve tried both and TR was true to form – terrible.

I have been to many longhorns. The food has been consistent. The service was pretty good. The atmosphere is your typical chain restaurant vibe. The street corn was very good. For those that cant eat from the Cobb, you can cut the corn off the Cobb. That’s how I always eat it. It makes a nice side.
