I don’t like criticizing the service but man whoever took my order needed some more training. She was not nice. Maybe they were having a bad day.
Regardless, our donuts were given to us fairly quickly! And they were so pretty! I just had to come try the Harry Potter collaboration!

We really wanted Krispy Kreme tonight so we loaded up and went.
We ordered two dozen doughnuts and each got a drink.
We received our drinks and waited 15 minutes for our doughnuts.
Keep in mind everyone that ordered after us received their doughnuts and left.
We asked where our order was and the one girl that took our order had moved to the drive through.
The other girl said, I don’t know what you ordered.
We asked for a refund for the doughnuts and paid for our drinks and left.
Have all your employees know the counter order.
So disappointing!!!

Haha, its Krispy Kreme. Doughnuts don’t get any better than this greatness! Went tonight to grab some original glazed doughnuts real quick for my birthday! Absolutely phenomenal! Nice, warm and soft! Was greeted by the employees. Emily at the register absolutely made my day she was super nice, sweet, funny and friendly to my buddy and I! Great smile with the right attitude! My buddy said she can make a mean latte! Will definitely be back to this location.

I’m very disappointed with our recent experience. My husband stopped by around 4 PM to pick up donuts for my dad’s birthday, and we were especially excited about the Boston Cream since that was what he wanted for his birthday dessert. Unfortunately, all of the Boston Cream donuts were hard as a rock and tasted anything but fresh.
On top of that, my husband said the woman taking his order was rude and not very welcoming. That made the experience even more frustrating.
He tried calling the store three times afterward to speak with someone about the issue, but no one answered. It was really disappointing, especially since this was meant to be a special treat for my dad’s birthday. We expected better quality and customer service.

Staff member was very nice.
Purchased the superhero dozen and when I got to work, found some of the “special higher priced donuts” were swapped out for regular glazed…this was after I confirmed during the order process that I would be reciving a full box of the super hero donuts (at a higher price then the glazed), just as displayed in the photo on their menu board. I feel cheated, being charged the higher price, and getting the lower priced donuts mixed in.
I also asked for the “multi flavored” donut holes and got the regular glazed.
And this was after waiting 10-15min to have my order taken and then wait to get my “incorrect” order.
I’m attaching a photo…. some of the guys had already gotten to the donuts before I found out about the glazed being “swapped” for the super hero ones.

I visited this store tonight (12 OCt 25) at 1943. As I waited to order I noticed an employee (Gracie) cough into her hand. I politely asked if she’d wash her hands before packaging any mire orders. She replied, “I coughed into the sleeve of my shirt, and I’m not touching anything directly anyway.” I was shocked by her answer and she proceeded to package donuts.
How hard would’ve been to simply stop and wash her hands?? Healthy sanitation is key in any restaurant. I continued to watch Gracie for another minute or so, but still no hand washing took place and she wasn’t wearing any gloves.
Opposite Gracie was Jonathan, which was the ultimate professional and was extremely courteous. I’ll give this gentlemen a 10-star review, because he genuinely listened to my concern and addressed it immediately.
I visit this store regularly and have never had any issues until tonight. Your store is great and the donuts are always amazing, but please take caution that customers are always watching. Cleanliness and sanitation are greatly appreciated by patrons.

Out of everything I tried to order. They admitted they know items are popular this time of year, but they’re completely out at 10:30 on a Saturday morning. Ordered TWO coffees but only got one coffee and only charged for one, even though we ordered TWO. Didn’t give us creamer or sugar for coffee, and the spots for creamer and napkins next to straws were completely empty. When we got home and were able to finally put sugar and creamer in the coffee, it was gross, and the inside of the cup looked dirty.

Absolutely amazing experience at Crispy Donuts! The donuts were incredibly fresh, soft, and perfectly sweet, with a great variety of flavors to choose from. The coffee was also fantastic, making it the perfect treat. A special shoutout to the guy in the photo – the best employee there! His friendly attitude, great service, and attention to detail made our visit even better. If you’re looking for high-quality, delicious donuts and excellent service, this is the place to go. Went here with my mom to buy a some doughnuts. Since it’s the Christmas season, they were selling Grinch inspired doughnuts. It wasn’t too crowded inside and service for the most part was alright. We ended up getting a dozen doughnuts with one of each of the Grinch designed ones, and random assorted ones. You can still see the traditional glazed doughnuts being made on the conveyer system behind the glass display in the dinning room area which can be fun to watch. The doughnuts were sweet and tasty. Overall a good experience.
