One of my favorite places to go for fish and chips. Kids love the kids meal and it’s affordable and they get a scoop of custard for dessert. Employees are always friendly and place always clean and outdoor seating is a plus too!

Kathy at the front was so nice (and patient) with us. We had never been to a Culver’s amd she walked us through the menu so patiently (we definitely didn’t need to take that long at a fast food joint). She was so sweet. Everyone that worked there was so kind and friendly. And the burger was delicious.

The cheese curds here are to die for! They’re also known for their ice cream and shakes (Cements, I think?), which are grand! They’re also customizable so you can a unique type of ice cream everytime you come in!
Only downside to this is a lot of the food is very carb heavy or sugary, which isn’t so great for us diabetics! But it is a phenomenal “cheat day” place!

Also burgers are very good just chili could be less greasy! Also, I do not like salad as is. Would prefer some Romaine added to salad greens which is a lot more nourishing to most all people and maybe a little spinach leaves.

This place has been on my bucket list for months especially with locations popping up everywhere! It honestly feels insulting to even categorize with fast food starting with restaurant quality-I don’t even see nice restaurants this clean! It is comfortable, serene, classy art I’d buy for my home, with almost a lodge in the wilderness feel…just warm, and I mean CLEAN! The menu has so much to choose from starting with entrees to side choices to combos to ice cream, custard, and all the toppings are endless! If you don’t see it, they can probably make it. I felt a little overwhelmed at first because I just wanted to try it all! Husband had the grilled chicken sandwich combo with fries and a soft drink which he really liked! I ordered the cheeseburger deluxe single and fries! It’s really hard to decide, in terms of fast food, if I liked this place better than In N Out but after sharing that strawberry custard with chocolate fudge, it was a no Brainer! The bun is a soft but firm brioche and meat Patty is not greasy just meaty and flavorful, fresh veggie toppings, crinkle fries a little on the soft side compared to N In Out’s shoestring fries, and that custard (which is ice cream prepared with no eggs) is definitely a step or two above strawberry shakes I tend to succumb to at really Amy fast food place who can serve up a decent one! The service is order, self seat, with table service drop bringing your food to you when its ready. Staff is amazing, so friendly, bathrooms are very clean- I checked! Our bill was $26 and worth it! I will absolutely keep this place on my radar for another visit!

Ive been coming to this location for years and its gone from excellent to awful. The night shift manager closed early and left me sitting there in curDside from 11:43p-12:09 just to tell me he wasn’t going to make my online order that was scheduled for 11:45. Embarrassingly enough that was all my money and I went hungry because of their lack of care. I even tried to explain that to the manager who couldnt care less. You don’t know what it’s like to spend your last penny on food and not it receive it. Sadly, I’ll never return and I’m getting in touch with corporate about this.

We’ve been frequenting this spot for their custard, but this time we decided to give their butter burger meal a shot—and we were pleasantly surprised. While it’s not a dedicated burger joint, it’s the closest one around, and it definitely hits the spot when you’re craving a burger. The service was, as always, excellent, and the cozy atmosphere adds to the overall experience.

I’m very disappointed this visit! Fatigued, feet hunting, running around town 12 hours & needed to quickly eat before becoming sick or fainting as a result of my sugar dropping (diabetic). I knew with public transportation I wouldn’t get home fast enough to prepare something to ea that I purchased next door at Walmart. So I made my way in and stood around for 15 minutes after order. A family of four that came in long after me, received their order and everyone that was ordering at other registers while I was also, had departed. Feeling very weak, I asked if they could give me a couple of fries to eat while I continued waiting. There were 3 employees literally just standing around behind the counter. One asked if I needed assistance & I held up my number to show I was waiting; yet he didn’t check the status. After asking for the fries, one employee finally checked the screen & noticed that my cod sandwich had just been sitting there all along. I LOATHE cold food & especially my cod sandwich!!! I asked, “so it has just been sitting there?” & shr lied/replied saying no. I stated “I just saw you lift the bag from the counter, you didn’t just pack it.” Too tired to argue or wait for a hot sandwich, I angrily exited the establishment

Ordered my food to go, I was surprised that my food was ready immediately after paying. The reason for it is because they do not make the food fresh, I live 5 minutes away I dont even go through a street light to reach Culvers and by the time I got home I had cold fries and a room temperature burger.
