I picked up my order and didn’t notice until I got home that my Sausage McMuffin was missing both the sausage and the cheese. You can clearly see that there is no cheese or sausage on the bread. Just the muffin.

Worst McDonald’s in terms of accuracy and service! The Hispanic manager with glasses who refused to give me her name needs to be fired and not work with public! If her attitude is “the standard” of how the employees act this explains a lot! I was told over the phone that they would be able to switch a drink out from a coffee to a fountain drink with using a promotion in the app and it’d be no problem! I get to the location to place my order and the Hispanic manager comes up and start screaming at me, saying how they cannot do that, I asked for her name and she kept yelling and talking over me and slammed the drive-through door in my face. I never even approached her angrily or anything of that sort, She was extremely hostile and defensive the moment she walked up to the window. I explained to them how I just called before coming here and was told they could switch out the drink no problem. I ended up, leaving without placing an order and called corporate immediately. There is absolutely zero excuse for someone who is a “manager” to be yelling at a customer like that! This goes to show how poorly this place is ran! I will start going to a different location from here on out, cheaper is not always better!

I just want to say the McDonald’s on burnside in Gresham is great!!!! Take my grandkids to play palace. It’s clean, I want to give the day manager with red hair a 10. She is great. My granddaughter spilled her ice cream and this manager was on it. Gave new ice cream and made sure my granddaughter was ok. Make sure she gets kuddos. Oh my god. truly the WORST mcdonald’s or fast food place i have EVER gone. ever. i arrive around 3am and place an order for double cheeseburger and hot and spicy mcchicken as well as tell them i have a doordash. i get up to the window, the person in front of me that was parked has already been there for 10 minutes and is now out of their vehicle right IN FRONT of my car screaming at your employees. Meanwhile the mexican girl and black boy that were working were doing nothing but laughing, talking and feeling each other up. mind you i did not see either of them wash their hands before handling anything behind the counter. as well as having drinks out and drinking from them. i’m truly appalled as someone who worked in fast food i am well aware that these are not okay. when i finally got my food it was wrong, so i had to come back. where i was then sitting at the window for a solid 5 minutes before she came up to me with a “uhhh idk” look on her face before i reminded her of my messed up order. not even 30 minutes later i had to go back to this mcdonald’s for another order. it was 3:20am and dinner ends at 3:30. but they told me they weren’t gonna make my order because breakfast started and then proceeded to ignore me when i mentioned it had 10 minutes til being over.

I was taking my driving test, to get my license that morning at 11. I hadn’t had my coffee yet so I suggested going to McDonald’s. First , and this is very common, they have someone with a very heavy accent working the drive thru, I’m pretty much used to this since it’s at every drive thru I go to but what is not so usual is the coffee I ordered – COFFEE GROUNDS. Not just a few, we’re talking a THICK layer of them in the bottom of my cup. I buy coffee expecting NO GROUNDS, I had a bad experience with ants in a coffee cup years ago. Now I get instantly sick if I get them (coffee grounds) in my mouth. I was very disappointed to find them in my cup. And it’s not fun getting sick right before a test that I paid $90.00 to take. Your quality needs to be improved.

I like their breakfast menu I go through the drive-thru a lot inside sometimes they get people who stay too long I’ve been there where they have the playground shut down and kids are all set cuz they can’t go play at certain times parking lot is okay workers are good and fast you don’t have to wait much for your food usually it’s hot and it tastes good
