I’ve visited this location dozens of times with very few issues. today was one of the worst. I placed a mobile pick-up order at on a Sunday at 4pm. 2 double cheeseburgers, a Quarter Pounder, and 2 holiday pies. All mobile order parking spots were open. I pulled into a spot and ended up sitting there for 15 minutes before i decided to go in. My order wasn’t ready for another 5 minutes. At that point I was told it would be another 11 minutes for the pies. I was surprised by this and was told I could get a refund, which I said okay. I got the refund and was then told I needed to sign the receipt and they spent the next five minutes looking for a pen. Then to top it all off they used a regular burger patty in a place of the Quarter Pounder lol. I don’t get upset in these situations or really show any emotion. Inside I do find them entertaining

Was in and out in about 5 minutes which is jaw dropping because it is a high volume store given its location (right off interstate 64. This place has been packed day after day due to The Grinch Happy Meals. The infamous “drive thru” or as most of us refer to it as “the line” even when it was wrapped around the building, I still only spent 13 minutes to get my food; that includes getting fresh fries with no salt and waiting on chicken.

Very unprofessional. Actually standing in the lobby now listening to teens cuss. Standing around doing nothing until a manager walks up then everyone scatters. Took forever to get my 2 frappe. Said they had to clean the blender when they were clearly standing around. Very poor performance of the workers at all. I work in fast food. This is completely ridiculous.

Walked in, no monopoly tabs, we just curiously asked and the lady at the counter was kind of rude right off the bat “Were out”. Same lady brings out our fries and A.Forgets a basket of fries B. Says “i wanted to get these to you while theyre hot”. Cool great thanks, except they were lukewarm AT BEST. When we went back for the forgotten basket they pulled it from on top of the grill where it had definitely been sitting a second, threw it under the heat lamp for a few seconds then served it to us. After dropping a decent amount of money on food (there were 6 of us), we received our meal in maybe 5 minutes. We open our double cheeseburgers to burnt buns, MAJOR lack of toppings or wrong condiments , and could’ve swore one of them was undercooked but she was too hungry to care that much at the time. When my fiance went up to see if our burgers could be remade he was told “Its gonna come out the same” with yet another rude tone. We ended up just requesting refunds on not 1, not 2, but 3 double cheeseburgers. The was also someone else who requested a refund on their food. As someone who’s worked in customer service for years, I find this absolutely despicable. Do Better.

Young blonde girl was working both windows, there was long line this morning but it was going very fast. My breakfast for the past 3 days has been out extremely quick and it’s been fresh everytime ! Very satisfied great job !!!!!

Drive through service was great. Cleanliness on the outside was pretty good considering the area. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only problem was my coffee was made wrong, but I’ll give them another chance.

Have a excellent experience with this location.But not today a saturday the eighteenth of october sat in the drive through at the order box for over 5 minutes. Finally asked if I could order cashier nice. As can be said, yeah, I can take your order. I gave my order manager, then proceeds to come ovee the intercom telling me no, they cannot take my order that I was rude and I can get the hell out of line. I proceeded to say that I was not rude that I’ve just been waiting a while and she proceeded to continue to be rude and disrespectful to me and I left.

You can’t make this stuff up. Surreal. Went there for a sandwich this morning. Someone in the parking lot honked their horn behind me. The person on the speaker assumed it was me (it was not) and yelled at me to leave if I couldn’t be patient. She continued to yell and wouldn’t listen to the explanation and didn’t care. So I was refused service because…someone honked their horn in a parking lot. Unreal. This is the workforce. Scary.

Didn’t get my food that was ordered online because the manager didn’t acknowledge the 2 people in the lobby for 20 minutes while handling several cars in the drive thru. Location was short staffed, and the manager bragged about loving to fire people. Sounds like I figured out why they were short staffed. Ended up canceling my order because I didn’t go through the drive thru to pick it up. Absolute joke, avoid this location if possible.
